To increase you rank you need to preform specific tasks these acts as stablizers preventing you from becoming a concept, of course humans here call them trial and they don't really know the purpose for them.

Titles provide different boost based oon how you got them for example title blessed of solivane gives you the very slight boost to think very so slightly quickly. Of course thats because the title wasn't meant as a boost but rather a mark of you obtaining me.
Of course life shards are like your state from video game based on your class you either increase them by training your abilities fighting monsters it varies from domain to domain.
Abyssal degeneracy is something you shouldn't consider for now as it requires you to defeat a demon king for 1 point. Ofcourse that 1 point let you take over that demon king kingdom and abilities.
For Domains in this world within the system exists 10 different domains. To give you information about them you have to increase integration. For your Domain being unknown its because you escaped the soverignity of the system. I can tell you what that means yet, but it does imply that your domain in unique in a sense.
