Chapter 3 - 3. Beneath the Mango Tree

Days turned into stolen moments in the garden. Zion taught Ava to nurture life, and she showed him the beauty of letting go. Under the mango tree, they shared their first kiss, and the garden bloomed brighter. The scent of blooming flowers filled the air, and Ava knew she was home.

Ava found herself falling for Zion, his kindness and passion for the garden captivating her. She'd watch him work, mesmerized by the way his hands moved, coaxing life from the soil. He'd catch her staring, and a smile would spread across his face, making her heart flutter.

Their days blended together, a beautiful routine of exploring the garden, sharing secrets, and laughing beneath the mango tree. Zion introduced Ava to the community, and she fit seamlessly into their lives. The garden became a hub of activity, filled with laughter and music.

One evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, Zion took Ava's hand. "I have something to show you," he said, his eyes sparkling with excitement. He led her to a hidden corner of the garden, where a small, delicate flower bloomed. "This was my grandmother's favorite," he whispered. "She said it would bloom for the one she trusted to care for the garden."

Ava's heart swelled as she realized the significance. She felt honored, like she'd been given a precious gift. Zion's eyes locked onto hers, "I'm trusting you with more than just the garden, Ava." The air was charged with emotion as they shared a tender kiss, the flower blooming like a promise between them.
