Part three(continuation)
𝙷𝙴𝙻𝙻 (this is the second part of chapter 15 that couldn't fit in the last chapter because of the length)
"Mr 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 , i think it'll be better for you if you just leave immediately" Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 advised
"𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊!!!!! " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 yelled
"Come out, I know you're in there " he added, the soldiers quickly ran to attain him before he ruins the operation. 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 who was getting dressed overheard and immediately knew it was 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 , her smile completely got washed off her face, she tried holding herself together, 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 noticed, walked up to her. 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 almost stood up to go see him but 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 stopped her and said
"It's easier this way, going out there will only make things worse ". 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 started weeping and spoke
" You don't understand, he doesn't deserve this"
"I know but it's already happening, no going back now"'.
𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 quickly noticed two men walking towards him and prepared himself to take them on , he then paused because one of the soldiers looked familiar, it was 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 , but before he could offer a word, they grabbed him, he struggled but it was nothing, then he bit 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜' ear, 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 threw him away from himself, bend in pain, held his ear, blood rushing through his hands. Everybody was surprised. 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 got furious and attacked 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗, picked him up by his neck and smashed him into a table. Everybody gasped, 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 couldn't even watch, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 stormed up immediately, his body hurts but he wasn't done yet.
"𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 !!!!, where are you?, follow me back home please, I promised 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 to bring you back home, both of you, she said you're the only family we have " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 was expressing when 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 grabbed him and stormed his knee on his chest, the other soldier punched him hard on his jaw. His words and his groans tore 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊's heart, but she, only kept weeping.
"She is yours no more, go home you peasant" 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 pushed and he kicked 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 harder, on his stomach. 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 coughed water, fell to his knees, in perpetual pain, physically and emotionally. "Please go home young 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 , you don't have to go through these " Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 said
"Not without 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 and my wife " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 replied
"Open your fucking eyes you numb skull, 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 betrayed you and now your 'wife' is getting married to the King " 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 revealed
"Shut up 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜" Lord 𝚃𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚗 interjected. 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 couldn't believe or even phantom what he had just heard, his vision started to get blurry
"Ohh you don't even know. She's gonna be meeting the King in no time and you're being nothing but an obstacle" 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 continued.
"Is it true? 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗? " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 asked, his voice almost out completely, 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 exhaled, and aforesaid
"Indeed it is, I'm sorry, but it had to be done "
"I don't understand, why?, why would you?, when did I go wrong?, why would you do this to me after everything, I took you as my own Father" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 expressed, 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 looked away from him. Words can't even describe the type of feelings and emotions 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 was going through in that moment, and his brain started piecing everything together, then something clicked, he looked at 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 and saw that he was putting on the same garment and rings he saw in his dream. That's where the dream finally made sense to him. 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 then stood up, locked his face, everybody was wondering what he was about to do
"I'm not leaving here without 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊" he said and he positioned to fight 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 and the other soldier were surprise but 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 wasted no time to throw a punch, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 ducked, and drew the sword on 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜's waist, swung it towards the other soldier, the soldier immediately jumped back. 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 drew the sword on the other soldier's waist and charged against 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗.
"Stoppp!! " Lord 𝚃𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚗 commanded but 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 didn't stop, 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 tried to move but couldn't due to his severe pains, Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 was shocked, they all thought it was over for 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗. As soon as 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 swung his sword, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 shifted back, trying to avoid the sword but it made a little contact and gave him a slight tear to his chest. Everybody gasped, 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 still furious, swung again, this time going for his head, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 quickly blocked with his sword but the swing was heavy that it pushed 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 to the side, leaving him open and unbalanced, then 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 quickly directed his sword to the direction to 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗's stomach, this is where everybody felt dread , thought it was over for 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗. Everything slowed, then 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 swiftly moved to the side, escaping by a margin, but it was the speed that surprised everybody. 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 angrily swung again, he dodged, swung again, he dodged, another one, he blocked with this sword, almost unburdened by it. Everyone was shocked about what happened to him all of a sudden. It was due to 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗's hyper brain, it resgistered the pattern of 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜' movement and it became predictable to him. He was just as surprised too because this was the very first time it happened. But he quickly took the advantage and charged, 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 shift back preparing a swing, but 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 only saw an opening, when he released the swing, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 went underneath with a little to no struggle at all , 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 eyes became wide open, shocked and scared for his life because he realized there was an open and 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 was charging towards it, but before 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 could swing, he was dived by the other soldier to the ground, this left 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 completed unevened. 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 saw the chance and quickly kicked the sword out of his hands, and he joined the other soldier to hold him to the floor. There was nothing 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 could do because he was completely pinned. 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜 drew a small knife from his waist, attempted to stab 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 while on the floor
"Don't!! " Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 yelled
"What the tell had gotten into you 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜" Lord 𝚃𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚗 pressed
"But my Lords-"
"Shut up, and keep that knife away, he hasn't done anything to warrant that" Lord 𝚃𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚗 interrupted 𝙼𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚜, meanwhile
𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 just lay flat on the floor, doesn't even know what to think of what's happening, deranged even, he was.
"Look 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗, we'll let you go now because, we understand why you'd react the way you did, but remember, this is a matter of the King, right now you're being a threat and you know what that means " Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 warned
"Besides, she did it on her own accord , this is what she wants" Lord 𝚃𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚗 added
"Arrghhhhhhhh" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 yelled
"LIESSSS! , she would never!! , she was forced by her evil Father , to fulfill his long dream of being filty rich" he exclamated
"I'm sorry 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 , she really did" 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 said
"Shut up you greedy bastard, you know she wouldn't, you coerced her, she will never do such a thing to me, just like she is to me, I'm her everything, we can't leave without each other, we made a promise, she'd never break a promise " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 expressed, exhaled and continued
"But YOU! , whom I looked up to as a father, you took her away from me, YOU!, that I went through the most vicious phase with , saw the most diabolical things with you, we helped each other, always there for ourselves, won and lost together, celebrate and grieved together. You helped me go through my parents demise and built who i am today. 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 took you as the father she never had and yet , it's the same you who pulled this monstrous act against us, the same you who helped built the family is helping breaking it down to shreds . The same you 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 released as tears fell from his eyes. 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 looked away, sad, Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 shook his head. 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 hearing all of this sobbed even more.
"It's time to go home 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 , too unfortunate but it's too late, you'll have to live with it " Lord 𝚃𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚗 stated, kindly
"NOOOOOO! NEVERRR!, I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE WITHOUT MY WIF-" , 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 who was listening heard him get interrupted by a punch that seemingly took him out, then she heard
"Take him home unconscious, and write him a letter to never interfere with his union or he'll never wake this time " , she continued crying as 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 drew her close and patted her saying
"It's okay.....i know it must be hard now, but everything will be fine soon, I promise" then she continued in her mind saying
"Such poor thing", she almost teared up herself.
Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 abruptly walked into the room and said
"𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊, i know you need to go through all what just happened but I'm sorry we don't have that time, the King must have lost his patience already and would wanna leave, so please you have to suck it up and finish what we started"
"At least let her rest a little, she isn't ready" 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 suggested
"We can't risk that and you know it. You know how the King gets, if we don't do it now and he leaves, we'll never have a chance at it again, EVER!" Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 stated.
"What happens to him now? " 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 pressed
"Who? 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗? " Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 asked, she nodded, then Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 said
"Nothing, we only sent him home, as long as he doesn't come back, he'll be fine, let's hope he doesn't", 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 sighed, salivated and spoke
"Don't worry 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 , I can do this, I have to go the distance, the damage is already done, no need to go back now "
"Good" Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 said
"Are you certain?" 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 asked, she nodded.
"Alright... " 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 expressed as she clapped her hands and some maid brought out a beautiful white gown with gold design all over and they started putting it on her.
"Before we proceed, lemme go through the instructions once more for you all " 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 said, picked up a scroll, open it and continued
"Immediately she walks inside the bar, everybody should pause in their activities to stare at her, then the bartender should pour the drink on her dress, after that, every man in the bar should surround her, trying to help her, then if the King stands up to help, one of you should sneak him a handkin, do we understand? "
"Yes ma "
"Yes my Lady" everybody responded. 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 walked up to 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 and said
"It is time. You've got this " then she arrange her hair, sleeping it through her shoulders, stared at her and said
"You look astonishing, the King has no chance of resisting you "
"Thank you 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 , thank you "
"Please, don't mention"
"Shall we?, I have to take you through the entrance door " one of the maids offered
"Yes, please follow her" 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 said , 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 sighed and followed the maid
"𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊" 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 called
"Yes? " she looked back
"The next time i see you, you'll be future queen of 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎" 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 mentioned
"I already am " 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 replied, smiled and kept going. 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 scoffed and smiled hard.
King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 smiled and asked
"What is your name, damsel"
She hesitated.....then said
"My name is 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 , daughter of 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 "
"Beautiful name, I'm afraid I've never heard of your Father's name before" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 mentioned then offered her a seat
"Yes, yes, he's not very famous, what about you, what's your name? " she said as she sat down
"Ahh yes, my name is Kin-", one of the soldiers coughed to interrupt him but he ignored and continued
"... I'm actually the King of 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎, my name is King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 " he said, expecting her to super shocked
"Ohhhhh, uhmmmm, woww, that's....amazing "
"I was expecting you to be more surprised"
"I am, not just in the best mood today, came here to have some drinks, but I've heard a lot about you, people sing about your praises like some god" she stated.
"Well, I am " he said, she salivated
"Since you came here to drink, lemme order some more bottles" he spoke, signaled his soldiers to bring more then continued
"You know...now that you mentioned you're not in a good mood, I can't help but notice your eyes, which are beautiful by the way but it looks like you've been crying, are you okay? " , she exhaled and asked
"Can I tell you a secret? "
"Sure, please... "
"My father is critically heal, and i just can't help but think he might die soon " she revealed
"Ohhh...so sorry to hear that, you should bring him to the 𝙲𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚕 , we have the best doctors there"
"Really? "
"Yeah really"
"Well, what if I cant afford it? "
"I'm a king remember? "
"Ohh, yes true, true, you'd help? "
"Why not?, why am i a King if I don't help out like this "
"Well said, my King, thank you "
Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 ,Lord 𝚃𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚗 and 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 watching from the other room cheered quietly, happy it was going well.
"I like being straight forward, I'm just gonna tell you exactly what's happening here. My kingsmen wants me to get married and have children, although i'm not ready for that yet but it's true I'll never be ready, so I came out here to look for a woman I can take home as a wife, nobody caught my eyes, except you, your beauty struck my heart and with no further ado, I'll like to take you home with me" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 stated, 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 not phased or surprised at all said
"I like your honesty but perhaps you're being too straight forward, we barely just met, you don't even know if I like you too"
King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 was shocked, he felt like he was getting stood up to, which he hated
"You said that to me even though I'm a King, your King? "
"Yes, I'm sorry my King but it's too soon " 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 was baiting him to see if he's someone she can spend the rest of her life with or she is doomed for life. King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 inhaled sharply, looked at her abruptly , she looked back at him with the same energy, they held the look for a few seconds then he broke it and said
"Fine, fine, you're right, let's take it easy ", all the " if I want it now, I'll get it now" went through the window in the presence of her beauty, King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 has never felt so powerless before, he was bested, for the first time in his life. This made him like her even more. She felt relief after hearing this, she smiled and then said
"You can take me home if you wish, i was simply just teasing you my Lord " , King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 was surprised, then asked
"Really? "
"Yess"
"You're just gonna follow me home, just like that? "
"Isn't that what you wanted? "
"I mean, yeah but..... "
"Let's start from there and we'll see how it goes" she said. This made King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 happy, he couldn't even hide it
"Finally, thank you"
So they kept talking, laughing and drinking till the night ran out , Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 and the others celebrated quietly and after that, they both went home in King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛's chariot and she fell asleep on his shoulder.
𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 just woke up from a nap, stretching and yawning when she realized 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 wasn't home yet and she wondered what was taking him so long, but she didn't give it much thoughts. She carried food from the kitchen and walked to dinning room, sat down about to eat when 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 walked in, laughing
"Good evening 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗" 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 greeted
"Good evening 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊, is 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 drunk? " 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 probed
"Huh?, what do you mean? "
"Why is he lying flat outside?, couldn't stop laughing when I saw him " 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 mentioned, 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 was shocked
"𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗?,outside?, he left the house this afternoon and hasn't been back since, what do you mean, he's laying flat outside?" 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊. 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 was shocked, looked at 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊, she looked back at him too and they both quickly rushed outside, saw 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 lifeless, on the floor, 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 just started crying, flapping her hands. 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 immediately checked his pulse and thankfully he was breathing properly.
"Relax 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊, his breathing is okay, he's fine, just unconscious" 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 mentioned, 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 then came down a bit.
"Did he tell you where he was going? "
"He went after 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 "
"After 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊?" 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 asked, confused, 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 sighed and said
"Long story, let's just wait till he wakes up"
"Alright..." 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 replied and carried 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 on his shoulder inside.
The next morning, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 and 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 were already standing beside the bed 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 was laying. He stormed awake
"𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊, 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊!! " he blustered.
"Calm down 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗, she is not here " 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 said, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 lowered his gaze.
"Brother, are you okay?, what happened to you " 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 enquired
"I'm sorry 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 , I couldn't bring them back home " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 spoke
"It's okay brother, I'm glad you came back home" she said as she drew closer to him, hug and held him. 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗's body still hurts but he held it together, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 noticed and said
"Alright 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗, I think it's high time you told us what happened to you out there "
𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 exhaled and started telling them everything. When they heard the story, they were both in utter disbelief, 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 just started sobbing, she couldn't believe what 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 and 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 had done to them after everything. 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 was flabbergasted, he couldn't imagine what he just heard, he folded his hands, giving it a deeper thought and shaking his head
".....but I don't believe 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 would just leave us like that, I know it was 𝚉𝚊𝚑𝚗 who forced her into it, and I'm gonna save her from all of these and bring her back home, my promise to you isn't over 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 stated
"No brother, please don't " 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 begged
"What?, what are you saying" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 pressed

"Brother please, i know you love her so much and so did I, but please don't do this, i beg you brother, stay here with me, let's live together, forever, don't go brother" 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 sobbed.
"With your story, it didn't sound like she was forced. Even when you were getting beaten , she never came out, or even yelled, she didn't even utter a single word, not one " 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 pointed out
"Like I said 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗, she was forced, they probably didn't let her speak in there" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 defended
"Brother, she left home yesterday, choicefully, before you followed her, didn't look like she was forced " 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 denoted.
"Why do you guys believe she'd do such? " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 pressed, hesitantly
"We don't wanna believe too but-"
"Stop!, she had to be in some kind of pressure, I know what I'm telling you guys, I know 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 interrupted 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗
"But why do you have to give your life for it? " 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 asked
"I'm not giving my life, I won't die 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊, I promise " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 assured, 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 wept, he patted her on her head
"I can't let 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 go like that, not after everything, I know she still loves me so much, I must save her. What if the King is an abuser, what if he beats her, what if he only uses her and not genuinely loves her, and he's a King so he's probably all of that,would you look into my eyes and tell me she doesn't deserve better , I can't live with that, I must save her and if she doesn't want me any longer,I want to hear her say it to my face" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 expressed, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 kind of made sense of it, 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 just kept weeping.

"I'll sneak into the 𝙲𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚕 and sneak her out"

"No" 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 responded.
"So believe be once more. I have confidence I can make it, my brain now works faster than a day ago " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 mentioned
"Really? "
"Yes I can feel it" he replied
"Amazing, then I'll go with you then, no matter how it is, you'd need support or back up and besides,I'm stronger" 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 offered
"No 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 , you don't have to... " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 said
"If you don't want me to go then stop the operation, if you're gonna go then I must go with you " 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 stated
"You know what this means right? " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 asked
"I do" 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 answered
𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 stood up to shake him and said
"Thank you 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗"
"Don't mention, this is what friends do" 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 responded, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 nodded, he nodded too. 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 stood up from the bed and held the 2 of them
"You both better come back" she said furiously, they both smiled then 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 said
"I'll bring us back, don't worry, I'm the strong one remember? " , flexed his muscle
"You're both weak " she said, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 chuckled a little, looking at both of them rant, then the smile died off and he spoke
"We leave tomorrow, to finish my planning and we'll sneak in, a few days later " , the ranting immediately stopped and 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 said
"Aye", then walked out of the room.
𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 went back to bed to rest, 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 joined him.
It was a beautiful morning in the 𝙲𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚕 as usual, the whole city was lively, due to the upcoming marriage of the King and his bride to be, that was just announced. Maidens all over city was bringing different types of flowers, fabrics and lots of gifts to the palace, with sweet songs carefully ensuing from their from their lips. The air was full of alluring smells, astonishing sounds, and dazzling smiles. 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 was in the King's vast mansion, even though she's been there for days, she still couldn't stop admiring the beauty of the mansions, the shinning chandeliers, the golden interiors, the arts designs, the frames, the sculptures. The walls that were lined with stained glass windows. It was truly the most beautiful house she had beheld, it was indeed an irresistible sight. 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 , sitting with some of the King's maids, including 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 , opening some of the gifts that came in. 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 was shocked the amounts of gifts that came in and more still coming, it was stored almost 10 feets, the last time she almost got married, the gifts wasn't even half as many as this. 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 saw the awe on her face and said
"This isn't even half of all the gifts you'll receive before the wedding"
"Really? "
"Yesss"
"Woww"
"Your highness, you don't have to join us here, we'll open all the gifts and arrange them for you, please you can go and have some rest" one of the maid suggested
"No, no, don't worry, I'm fine here, I've done nothing but rest all day " 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 replied. The maid was about to speak but 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 signaled her to not. Not long after, a guard walked in
"My lady, the King requires your attention immediately" he said
"Ohh, tell him I'll be there, I'm having a good talk with these ladies " 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 said, everybody was shocked and a little scared too. The guard wasn't happy with it at all then said
"The King doesn't wait for anyone, you must come with me now!"
"You're talking to the future queen, and you raise your voice? " 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 pressed
"It's okay 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊 . Where shall I meet him? " 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 asked
"Just follow me your highness " the guard said and she followed him to a large sitting room in the house, King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 was standing there, with both hands crossed to his back, but he quickly rushed to her when he saw her , held her hands and took her inside the room. He started showing her a lot of things around the rooms like his achievements and all. He then paused and spoke
"There's something we must confirm before we move on with anything"
"What could that be my Lord" 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 enquired
"Leave us " he told the guard, the guard left then he looked at 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 and continued
"Do you know how to read " while handing her a book
"Ohh this is 'ᛘꃅᛊ ᛇᚽᚳᐯᛊᚱ" series " , she said as she took the book. King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 face brightened a bit.
"You've read it? "
"Of course....well not this particular one..."
"Yeah, this is the new edition, not even out yet" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 mentioned
"Wow, amazing, I've read 'ᛘꃅᛊ ᛇᚽᚳᐯᛊᚱ ᛟᚫ ᒍᛟᚱᚦᚣᚻ, ᛘꃅᛊ ᛇᚽᚳᐯᛊᚱ ᛟᚫ ᚻᚽᚳᛊ, ᛘꃅᛊ ᛇᚽᚳᐯᛊᚱ ᛟᚫ ᚹᛊᚱᛇᚽᚣ' , and this one is....uhhh ᛘꃅᛊ ᛇᚽᚳᐯᛊᚱ ᛟᚫ... ᚱᛟᛖᛊ? "
"Yes, It was brought to me by Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 , he says it contains an unknown history of 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 and 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎, I'm yet to read it but I'm glad you loves the series because they are my favourites " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 expressed
"Then i should leave it to you to read it first " she said while handing over the book to him. He smiled and said
"Very well. I must say I'm impresssed , not everyone knows of this series "
"We are big admirers of 𝙰𝚛𝚖𝚊𝚗𝚗𝚘, the popular travel writer who wrote this series, my previous lover and I always read it and I remember him saying he can't wait for 'ᛘꃅᛊ ᛇᚽᚳᐯᛊᚱ ᛟᚫ Ᏽᚱᛊᛊᛈᛊ' "
"Your previous lover huh? " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 asked , her smile suddenly disappeared
"Yes" she answered
"Who is he? " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 pressed
"He's in the past now"
"Let's hope he is, because the way you happily talked about him just now, didn't sound very much like the past" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 denoted
"It was just a fun memory, nothing to it" 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 countered
"No it's fine, as long as he doesn't interfere, I will hunt him if he does, I don't joke about my family, so for his own sake, he shouldn't think about it" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 stated.
"Can we just move on?, show me rest of the room" she digressed
"True, come with me, I've got something for you" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 said . She followed him, then he picked up a small box and brought out a beautiful gold necklace and showed her.
"Ohh wow, it's pretty " she said
"Yes, direct from the 𝙸𝚗𝚍𝚞𝚜 𝚟𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚢. It's yours"
"Woww, are you sure? " she said happily
"Am i sure? , this shouldn't be a surprise. This is nothing compared to what's to come after we get married, anything you want, you shall have " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 mentioned
"This is.....woaw, so beautiful" she expressed. King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 raised the necklace then said
"Shall I? " offering to wear her the necklace
"Sure" she replied, turned around and raise her hair, then King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 fixed the necklace on her neck. She couldn't stop smiling, King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 too , as he continued to show her around the room.
Few hours later, 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 was doing a tour around the house, still admiring the luxury , when she suddenly heard somebody whisper her name
"𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 "
She was startled, because nobody calls her by her name here and also because the voice sounded familiar, she looked and saw nobody, she stalled for some seconds then kept walking, then she heard it again, she looked and saw someone standing at the door post of one the many doors in the passage next to the room she was in, she was scared at first, then she thought, what's the worst thing that can happen here, since it's the safest place in the entire kingdom. She then walked into the passage in the direction of the person, as she got closer, she started to recognize the person, but she was in denial, she thought there's no way it's the person she's thinking
"It's impossible" she thought to herself. To her greatest surprise it was indeed the person she so wished it wasn't
"𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗!!?" She asked
"Yes, 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 answered, exhaled sharply and continued
"Was starting to think I'll never see you again", then he chuckled.
"What the-, how the fuck did you get in " she pressed
"Ohh there was...uhhh like a secret passage or something" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 replied
"How the hell did you find a 'SECRET' passage? " she probed
"That's exactly what I've been asking him since we got here " 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 who just walked in added
"𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 ? "
"Hi 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊"

"You came for me? are you crazy?, tryna get yourselves killed?, I thought you were always smart, what are you doing?, why 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 , why?!!! "
"What are you saying? "
"I'm saying he's gonna kill you, why didn't you just stay at home 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗, why make a stupid decision like this " she said almost sobbing
"I told you I'd do anything for you, I came here to save you "
"Save me?, save me from what exactly, wealth, royalty all of these? "
"I thought you said it was never about the money " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 said, in disbelief
"It isn't, I swear it's not, please 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 leave now before you get caught, he will kill you"
"Come with me then, let's leave together, just like we always do " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 requested, holding his hands out. She looked at his hands for some seconds, shook her head, this time tears already dripping.
"𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 please, I beg you, don't do this to me, I can't...., I can't live without you, you're everything to me, please, I beg you " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 pleaded, tears falling from his eyes too
"I'm sorry 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗, please go home, goodbye, take care of 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 , tell her to find a place in her heart to forgive me"
"No, no, no, please 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊"
"Just stop already!, stop making this too hard for me, just please go" 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 pushed, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 held his chest and started panting.
"𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 we gotta go, guards incoming" 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 alerted but 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 was still panting, he squeezed his chest so hard, felt a vicious pain in his heart
"I love you 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 , I'm sorry " 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 said as she ran away, crying.
"𝙰𝚂𝙻𝚁𝙾𝙽!!! " 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 yelled
"Snap out of it, we gotta go " he added
𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 still wasn't responding, almost like he froze, with his hands on his chest. 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 then ran towards him, punched him hard to make him snap out of it, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 fell then immediately stormed up yelling on 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗's face, then 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 held him and shook him saying
"𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗!, it's me, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗" , then 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 calmed down, the rapid breath started coming down a bit
"We gotta go, now! " 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 said, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 nodded .They started running from the soldiers who just spotted them. 1 out of 5 of the soldiers brought out an arrow and started shooting, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 and 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 started ducking, they couldn't run straight to the secret passage due to the arrow, so they ran to the side. The soldiers couldn't see them anymore, as the soldiers got to path where they went to the side, the soldiers started creeping slowly then 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 immediately ran and attacked the soldier who was in front with the arrow , pushed him hard to the wall and the soldier fell unconscious, just in case I didn't mention, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 was 6ft5 , not muscular but weighed 190lbs , that was why he was intimidating. Another soldier attacked him, swinging his sword, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 quickly drew his to block the swing, then pushed the soldier away, the soldier attacked again, swing in the direction of his stomach, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 jumped back, avoiding contact, meanwhile 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 was memorizing the soldier's movement pattern. The soldier drew closer to 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 kicked his leg and left him unbalanced, swung his sword straight to 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗's face before 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 flew in, countered the swing with his sword, twisted and kicked the soldier away from them, after watching the soldier's movements. Another soldier rushed in, threw a punch, was too quick for 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 because he didn't know the soldiers movements yet but 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 pushed 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 away from , swung his sword against the soldier, the soldier easily dodged and kicked the sword away from him, the soldier charged at him with no weapon, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 understood that if he keep the soldier fighting a little longer, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 will register his moves. The soldier threw a punch, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 moved to the right, followed with another punch, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 moved to the left, the soldier then threw a kick against his knee, it hit, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 bent, making him open, then the soldier brought out his knife and attacked, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 caught his arm and shifted his back closer to the soldier to support, as he dragged the soldier over his back, hitting him hard on the floor and 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 quickly rushed to knock him out.
The last 2 soldier was confused, not understanding how 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 gets a power up all of sudden, then they decided to attack together, one went for 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 , the other went for 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗, both drew their swords, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 and 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 knew there were in trouble but stayed prepared but when the soldiers got closer, they both abruptly looked at each other, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 eyes was wide open, then 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 shook his head and they immediately turned around and ran for their lives. After running for almost a minute with the soldiers closing on, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 quickly said something to 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 , then 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 ran to the left, where there was another passage with multiple rooms on the sides, one of the soldiers reluctantly ran to the left too, didn't see anyone in the whole passage but kept running, checking all the rooms he could. The other soldier kept chasing 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 , then 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 stopped and positioned himself for a fight, unexpectedly, 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 who was hiding in one of the rooms burst out and attacked the soldier. The soldier was surprised, apparently 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 hid in the very first room the soldier ran past before realizing there was nobody in the passage. It was now 2 vs 1, the soldier dodged a swing from 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 , punched him hard on his stomach, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 swung too, the soldier caught his arm, threw him over his head without a support from his back, as soon as 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 landed on the floor, the soldier twisted his wrist and his sword fell , 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 charged at him with a punch, he intercepted with the back of his hand, positioned like a boxer , and threw his own punch, landed on 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗's nose, threw another one landed on 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗's jaw, another one, landed on his cheeks, Another one, landed on his chin. Not that 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 wasdeliberately taking his punch, they were just too fast for him but this was an advantage for 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗's registering technique. The soldier wasn't done, he kicked 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗's knee, his waist and then his face, in barely seconds, the soldier was in the middle of a twist when 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 dived him to the wall, the soldier quickly pushed him, and then they both positioned like a boxer, the soldier was surprised because 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗's stance was similar to his. 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 attacked first, threw 3 punches, the soldier dodged 2, blocked 1 then threw his own 3 , similar to 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗's, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 dodged 2, blocked 1 exactly the same way he did, this left him stunned, so he furiously rushed at 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗, throwing multiple punches, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 carefully dodged every single one of them and threw his own multiple punches, faster than the soldier's, he blocked some, dodged some but 1 escaped and hit his face, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 quickly followed it with another, hit his jaw, then his mouth, his nose and just kept hitting him till he eventually passed out. 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 was stunned, he couldn't believe it , 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 quickly helped him up, they both ran, this time to the secret passage, they got in successful and ran through it. The secret passage leads to another building in the 𝙲𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚕 , which sounds like an advantage. When they got into the building, they met 2 of the guys that came with them, there they changed their clothes and hid their weapons. The 2 guys were ironically the 2 guys that joined 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 in bullying 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 back then. 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 and 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 were the first to step outside after opening the door and behold 40 soldiers were waiting for them outside, they both couldn't believe it, jaw dropped, life flashed before their eyes. One of the soldiers walked out of the crowd , picked up a scroll, opened it and read
"According to Lord 𝚇𝚎𝚗𝚘𝚗's decree, anyone who breaks into 𝙲𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚕 must spend 20 years in prison, but breaking into the King's mansion is punishable by death. I never thought I'd actually live to see someone break into the King's mansion but here we are "
𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 broke upon hearing this, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 just stood there like he was expecting it
"I only came here to save my lover from your King, when did that become a crime? " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 pressed.
"So you must be the 'previous lover' she talked about. Anyways you committed a crime in the process " the soldier replied
"Do you have a wife? " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 asked
The soldier hesitated but answered
"Aye, I do "
"Do you love her? "
"Of course "
"Now tell me you won't do the same for her, tell me fear of death would be able to stop you at that moment " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 pushed
"You're right, but do you know the only thing that'd stop me? "
"What is that? "
"Her accord , if it's her will, that only would stop me, if she chose another man instead, I'll let her go, perhaps because of the love I have for her " the soldier stated, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗's face darkened in sadness.
"Young man, I admire your courage and your intelligence, breaking into the mansion is not something an ordinary person can pull off, it's a shame all that talent will go to waste " the soldier spoke.
"I understand, but please spare this 3 , it was my idea, I forced them into it " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 claimed
"Lies, we came here on our own accord" 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 countered
"What the hell are you doing? " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 pressed
"Telling the truth" 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 replied
"Are you-"
"Young men, that is very piteous but I'm afraid it doesn't matter, accord or not, you all must face the consequences of your actions" the soldier mentioned, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 exhaled and spoke
"You can do whatever you want with me, torture me, scalp me even , but just please let them go "
"I'm afraid, that's not how rules work"
"It's okay 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗....thank you for everything" 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 expressed
"We still don't regret coming with you, we'll do it a hundred times over " 𝚆𝚛𝚎𝚡 one of the other 2 guys said, the other guy nodded, 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 looked at them and said
"Shut the fuck up, I'm tryna beg for your lives and here you are, giving it away " they were all shocked
"Did he say your name is 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗? " the soldier asked
"Uhhh.... Yeah, what about it? "
"Sounds familiar"
"No, I don't think so, what is your name? "
"𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜, commander 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜"
"Wait, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 the scarred" 𝚆𝚛𝚎𝚡 asked
"Yes"
"Lie, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 is 7ft tall " 𝙼𝚊𝚣𝚒𝚖𝚒𝚗, the second guy mentioned
"Yeah, and he has fires in his eyes too right? " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 asked sarcastically
"Numb skull " he added, 𝙼𝚊𝚣𝚒𝚖𝚒𝚗 felt stupid and kept quiet
"I hear 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 was very strict and unfriendly" 𝚆𝚛𝚎𝚡 added

The four of them were detained and carried back to the mansion, where King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 was already standing on the veranda , furiously waiting for them to come, standing beside him was 𝙴𝚞𝚛𝚒𝚙𝚑𝚎𝚞𝚜
"My Lord, these are the intruders, their names are-"
"I don't care about their names " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 interrupted 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜

"I'm sorry my Lord, I promise 𝙸𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚜 not to kill this month " 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 explained
"Your duty is to-" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 paused in words and restarted
"Fine fine, I'll have someone else kill them"
"Perhaps my King, you'd want to hear what he has to say first " 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 suggested
"I don't wanna hear his words, I have a precious HELL prepared for him, for sneaking into my personal mansion and trying to take my wife away from me, my future heir, 𝙰𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚜 future friend. That is more than treason and it can't be accepted" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 countered
"You can do whatever you want with me, but you must let these guys go, your dispute is with me, not them" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 stated
"Oh my dispute is with all of you for breaking into my place, attempting to steal my wife " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 returned , signaled 3 soldiers to behead the 3 of them " Please!!, spare them, please , I beg you King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 , please" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 begged, almost sobbing
"𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗!! " 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 called , 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 looked at him, tears gathered in both their eyes then 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 said
"Don't cry, you look pathetic"
"Thank you for everything" 𝚆𝚛𝚎𝚡 expressed, 𝙼𝚊𝚣𝚒𝚖𝚒𝚗 smiled while looking at him then nodded. Then they were BEHEADED!!!. 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 immediately burst into a massive loud cry, it hurt him so much because they died for his selfish purpose. 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 obviously became his closest friend over the years.
"You'll pay for this, 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 will pay for this, I shall hunt you down for the rest of my life" 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 promised, they all laughed at him, he lowered his gaze.
"Now you, it's your turn" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 said and told 𝙴𝚞𝚛𝚒𝚙𝚑𝚎𝚞𝚜 to call 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 , moments later, 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 walked into the veranda and saw the scene, she gasped and held her mouth, looked closely and saw 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 gaze lowered and looking lifeless. King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 looked at her and aforesaid
"I'm given 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 the choice, to either go home with you or stay here with me, if chooses to go with you, then we're done here, you won,you have my word , however if her choice is me?, I'll take you through hell even before you reach hell"
Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 watching from distance, shook his head. 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 looked up to 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 awaiting her answer, she stalled, King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 did not expect her to even hesitate before choosing him, but she did, for almost a minute, to choose between her father's life or 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗's, to think if it was too late, if she was scared or it was pity, she couldn't even figure out what to think at that moment, then the thought came to her that she already chose her father, even if it was the wrong decision or not, she has to go through with it. This caused her to weep deeply, even her heart hurts.
"𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊, after everything, this is the reward i get for falling in love with you. Look around that's 𝙻𝚢𝚔𝚘𝚗 , 𝚆𝚛𝚎𝚡 and 𝙼𝚊𝚣𝚒𝚖𝚒𝚗 laying dead on the floor right now beside me, 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 at home crying herself out ,it wasn't just me who loved you so dearly, we all did and we wanted to save you from the evil King or the evil Father but it was just all you all along, no coercion, it was your decision and because of that, lives got taken, hearts got broken, and for some, life will never remain the same again, so this is it then, I'll never forgive you" this words by 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 was felt by everybody under the sound of his voice, it tore her heart even more as she walked closer to King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 as a sign that she chose him, still crying. King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 smiled and said
"Behold she has choosen and now is time for my promise"
"Please my King-"
"I'm sorry 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 , I must do this" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 interrupted 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 .
"Please take him to the pit of fire ,the harshest prison for the dirtiest crime " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 ordered
"Please my Lord, wouldn't that be too extreme? " Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 who has come closer, asked.
"How dare you 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗, how dare you question me in such manner? " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 snapped
"I'm sorry your grace " Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 apologize
"Would it change anything if I tell you this man's father was 𝙴𝚛𝚢𝚡 the titanium? " 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 asked, everyone who didn't know already was shocked.
"Is he?"
"Yes my King, the man who died for this Kingdom, one of your most trusted , strongest, most loyal soldier. Bleed for the kingdom and finally died for it, I think his grace should perhaps rub on him a little" 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 suggested
"Hmmm...i see, millions of soldiers has died for 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 over the past generations, what make him so special ?, should I treat him differently because I was someone to him?, is that how you want me to rule? " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 interjected
"Of course not my Lord, my deepest grovel my Lord" 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 expressed
", It's over, take him to the pit, nowww, torture him until you get tired " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 ordered and continued
"Hearken all citizen, let this sound as a warning to you all, do not push me, there's an extent my mercy can go, I don't blague with anything personal, not my home, not my family "'
The air was loomy and distressed, bitter atmosphere, melancholic silence, everybody felt the heaviness of the moment, deep. the soldiers took 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 away, he just accepted and lifelessly went with them.
It was a very small prison built like a cave and inside was heavily heated, and the criminal's both hands are tied separately on it's walls. This was the prison for the most dangerous criminal in 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎, or the criminal with the most outrageous crime. In 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎's history since it was built, only 3 people has assumed this prison, including 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗, who just got in.
Few days later after 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 was put in there, several tortures later, some part of his face was burnt already. Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 walked in with 4 soldiers and pour water on 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 who was unconscious. He woke up abruptly, everything was blurry, he couldn't see, but slowly he was regaining his vision
"Is this hell? " he asked
"Not yet" Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 said
"Who's there? " 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 asked
"It's 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗"
"What?, is your turn to torture me already?"
"No I have brought you salvation"
𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 chuckled and said
"Right, the only salvation i need right now is quick death"
"Have you given up already, what about the promise you made to bring him down "
"Why do you care?, it was mere emotions, there's absolutely nothing I can do "
"There is, allow me to give you that something, a purpose"
"What are you talking about, don't you work for him? "
"I do but I work for something else, something much greater "
"What are you saying, what might that be?"
"I have no time to explain, come with me and I'll tell you everything"
"Why should I trust you? "
"Do you hate 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 ? "

𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 followed him and he took him as one the 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚔'𝚜 soldiers and citizens that King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 has deeply wronged and hates him viciously that he has gathered to add to 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜' operation to take over 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎. From here is where 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗's life changed drastically, completely became the opposite of himself, his dreams turned into nightmares, his hyper brain that made him a genius made him insane, from being the most calculated to not calculating at all. From being thoughtful, kind, lovely to being brutal and impulsive, from being the most handsome man to being the most scariest looking person, due to the burns and scars from wars. He was so brutal that everybody was scared of him, the only thing that never changed was his hard work, he never got lazy, he even worked harder than before, hence the depth of him and Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗's relationship. After Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 brought him to 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎, he lived in his house and Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 for some reason put him in charge of everything he had in 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎, whilst in 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎. Anytime he came back to 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 , everything was always better than he left it, his business, his house, farms and all of that. 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 still had that 𝙰𝚛𝚌𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚊 in him, still booming businesses, even though sometimes in a crude way but nevertheless he always got the job done and because of this. His relationship with Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 grew stronger over the years and instead of master and soldier, they became more like father and son, Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 promised to look after 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 in 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎, this went on for decades, that's why they literally became family. 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 still got to live the life 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 promised her, through Lord 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 riches, she never lacked any time, she grew up rich, grew up to become a very beautiful woman but it wasn't enough for her, she never recovered from the betrayal, she dedicated her whole life to getting revenge on 𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊 and 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎, even though it made her super lonely , she didn't care. 𝙽𝚢𝚡𝚊𝚛𝚊 was so beautiful that she had make herself less pretty while going to see 𝙴𝚛𝚊𝚐𝚊 with the blonde wig and make up to make her story more believable, to make 𝙴𝚛𝚊𝚐𝚊 think she was actually poor even though she wasn't, never really was and 𝙴𝚛𝚊𝚐𝚊 still fell crazy for the nerfed version of her. She was also a very good spy thanks to her intelligence. Yes a few people has sneaked into the 𝙲𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚕 but the only 2 people to ever sneak into the King's mansion was her and her brother, only she never got caught.
𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 detailed the whole story, from the scratch to the top, ups and the downs, every single one of their stories, he told everything to 𝙴𝚛𝚊𝚐𝚊 and 𝙰𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚜, explained how 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 was the purpose he gave the hate, by taking 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗's revenge upon himself and wanting to make him become King, yes, while 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 was making his plan to take over 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎, 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 was also making his own plan inside the plan to make 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 King. By taking what King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 did to 𝙰𝚜𝚕𝚛𝚘𝚗 personal ,(since they're now like family), he gave the hate a purpose, that's why no matter how close he got to King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛's family, he never let go of that purpose.

Yes I do not regret what I did " 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 narrated, 𝙰𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚜 and 𝙴𝚛𝚊𝚐𝚊 was not short of traumatized after hearing all of this, in fact 𝙴𝚛𝚊𝚐𝚊 was TRAUMATIZED, he felt all the types of emotion known to human in that moment. It was too much on him , 𝙳𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚜 was a 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚊𝚗 , the girl he thought fell in love with him, he doesn't even know her real name, she was an agent sent to doom him, finding what he parents did to birth him, 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 was a spy all along too, for decades, plus the fact that his father just died, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 just died too, doesn't even know if his mother and sister are alive because 𝙿𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚘𝚗 had told them they had the attack on the 𝙲𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚕 on standby, he became so conflicted, pains in his chest, brain, and everywhere, he became completely exhausted, frustrated, flabbergasted, flustered, exasperated, distressed, aggravated, tormented, discouraged, and more, all in one . 𝙰𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚜 was in total shock too, that he couldn't move, his brain still couldn't process everything he just heard, this absolutely weakened both of them and they couldn't move for hours.
