Chapter 1 - Prologue

Prologue: The Extinction of the Golden Sector

The sky didn't fall; it simply ceased to exist.

Kaelen Voss, a True God who had spent three billion years refining his Small Universe, stood atop his Golden Throne. Around him, the "Universe Masters" who served as his generals were being snuffed out like candles in a hurricane.

Above the Primeval Universe, a hand—larger than a galaxy—descended. It wasn't made of flesh, but of "Chaotic Origin Energy."

"You reached the peak of this puddle, little frog," a voice boomed, vibrating through the very fabric of reality. This was the Aeon Emperor, a Godly King from the Multiversal Origin Realm. To him, Kaelen's entire universe was merely a decorative marble in a jar.

"You killed my son for a handful of Star Diamonds," the Emperor continued. "So, I shall erase your lineage."

Kaelen didn't beg. He roared, igniting his Divine Power, attempting to self-detonate his Small Universe to take the Emperor's hand with him. But the gap between a True God and a Godly King was the gap between a grain of sand and the sun.

With a flick of a finger, Kaelen's soul was shattered. His empire turned to ash.

But Kaelen had one thing the Emperor didn't account for: the Void-Shattering Pagoda, an artifact he'd found in the deepest ruin of the Tilt Region. As his soul disintegrated, the Pagoda pulled a single sliver of his consciousness into the stream of reincarnation, hurling it toward a primitive, backwater planet on the edge of the cosmos.
