That evening Arjun took Aisha to the rooftop of the office building.
The same place where they had confessed their love.
The city lights stretched endlessly around them.
Arjun held her hands.
"I remember everything now," he said softly.
"You do?" she asked.
He nodded.
"Our past life… our promise."
Aisha smiled with tears in her eyes.
"You said you would find me again."
Arjun reached into his pocket and took out a ring.
"And I did."
He knelt down slowly.
"Aisha Sharma… will you marry me?"
Aisha laughed through her tears.
