Chapter 30 – Scaling Up

The growth of StudyFlow over the past few months had changed the way Anshul approached his work.

Earlier, the software had been a personal project.

Now it was something people relied on.

Teachers used it to organize assignments.

Students used it to manage their study schedules.

And with five institutions already paying for the licensed version, the responsibility had increased.

Anshul understood that clearly.

If the system failed, even for a short time, those schools would immediately lose trust.

So stability became his top priority.

---

Over the next several weeks, Anshul focused on strengthening the system.

Instead of adding many new features, he spent most of his time improving the existing ones.

The scheduling system became more accurate.

The teacher dashboard loaded faster.

And the reporting tools were simplified so educators could understand student progress more easily.

These improvements might not have been visible to casual users.

But they made the software far more reliable.

---

Meanwhile, the website continued attracting attention.

Teachers often shared useful tools with each other, and StudyFlow slowly began appearing in more online discussions.

Every few days, new emails arrived.

Some were simple questions.

Others came from teachers asking if their schools could try the system.

Each message represented a potential opportunity.

---

One evening, Anshul opened the website statistics again.

Two more schools had joined during the previous month.

Both located in the United States.

The steady increase confirmed something important.

StudyFlow was gradually building a reputation.

---

At school, Rahul was the first to notice the difference in Anshul's routine.

"You've been working even more lately," Rahul said during lunch.

"I have to."

Rahul raised an eyebrow.

"Because of the schools?"

"Yes."

Rahul laughed.

"Imagine explaining this to someone a year ago."

"What do you mean?"

"That a student in India is running software used by schools in America."

Anshul smiled slightly.

"It still feels strange sometimes."

Rahul shook his head.

"You know what the real crazy part is?"

"What?"

"You're doing all of this alone."

Anshul paused for a moment.

Rahul was right.

Every part of StudyFlow was still handled by him.

Programming.

Website maintenance.

Email support.

Bug fixes.

Feature development.

As the number of users grew, managing everything alone would become increasingly difficult.

The thought stayed in his mind.

Perhaps someday he would need help.

But for now, he continued working on his own.

---

At home, the situation had also changed slightly.

His parents had begun to realize that StudyFlow was becoming more than just a hobby.

One evening during dinner, his father asked,

"Are you planning to continue expanding this software?"

"Yes."

His father nodded.

"And what happens if more schools start using it?"

Anshul thought for a moment.

"Then I'll improve it further."

His father smiled faintly.

"That sounds like the beginning of a real company."

The idea no longer felt unrealistic.

In fact, it seemed increasingly possible.

---

Later that night, Anshul sat quietly in front of the computer again.

The slow internet connection loaded the website dashboard.

He wrote the numbers in his notebook.

Then below them, he added a new goal.

Target: 50 institutions within the next year.

The number looked ambitious.

But ambition was necessary for growth.

Anshul closed the notebook and turned off the computer.

Outside the window, the quiet lights of Pune stretched across the distance.

Three months had already changed the direction of his life.

And if the same momentum continued…

The next year could change everything.
