Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: The Watchers of Lunaris

While Aarohi and Arion were discovering the depth of their feelings on Earth, far above the clouds in the glowing kingdom of Lunaris, something troubling had begun to unfold.

Inside the grand Celestial Palace, Queen Selene sat upon her silver throne. The palace walls were made of crystal that reflected the light of three glowing moons that floated above the kingdom.

For centuries, Lunaris had been protected by ancient laws that kept the balance between worlds. One of the most sacred rules was simple: no one from Lunaris could interfere with the human world.

But something unusual had disturbed the balance.

In the center of the palace stood a magical structure called the Orb of Sight. It allowed the royal guardians to monitor the movements of powerful magic across the universe.

That night, the orb flickered with strange silver waves.

One of the royal guardians stepped forward and bowed before the queen.

"Your Majesty," he said carefully, "there has been a disturbance in the energy between worlds."

Queen Selene's calm eyes slowly opened.

"What kind of disturbance?" she asked.

The guardian hesitated before answering.

"Someone from Lunaris has crossed into the human realm."

A quiet murmur spread across the hall.

Traveling between worlds was not impossible, but it required powerful magic that only a few beings possessed.

Queen Selene raised her hand and the room fell silent.

"Show me," she commanded.

The Orb of Sight shimmered, revealing a distant vision of Earth.

The image slowly formed into a forest clearing.

And there, standing beneath the moonlight beside a human girl, was Prince Arion.

For a moment the queen simply stared at the image.

Her expression remained calm, but her eyes darkened slightly.

"So," she whispered softly, "my son has broken the oldest law of Lunaris."

The guardians waited nervously for her next command.

Queen Selene slowly stood up.

"Send the royal watcher," she said.

A tall warrior stepped forward from the shadows. His armor shone like polished steel and his eyes glowed with ancient magic.

His name was Kael, the strongest guardian of Lunaris.

"You will go to Earth," the queen ordered.

"Find Prince Arion… and bring him back."

Kael bowed his head.

"As you command, Your Majesty."

A portal of swirling silver light opened behind him.

Without another word, Kael stepped into it.

And far away on Earth, the peaceful nights of Aarohi and Arion were about to change forever.
