Mihoyo Inventory Chapter 3: The Inventory Live Stream Descends
"You… You are the Aeon of Destiny!" March 7th stammered, pointing a trembling finger at Xuan Yong in sheer shock. Realizing her lack of etiquette, she hurriedly dropped her hand, her expression shifting to one of wide-eyed terror as she stared at him.
"There is no need for such trepidation. Have you ever known me to be a man of senseless slaughter?" Xuan Yong remarked, sighing at the sight of the petrified March 7th and Dan Heng.
"Well… now that you mention it, I suppose not!" March and Dan Heng exchanged a hesitant glance. They racked their brains, but could recall no records of the Aeon of Destiny ever engaging in the mass massacre of mortals.
"Precisely. So, what is there to fear?" Xuan Yong asked, his tone laced with exasperation.
"Lord Xuan Yong, since you are here, we must inform Himeko and the master of this space station," Dan Heng said, his voice cautious and deferential.
"Very well. Go and inform them," Xuan Yong replied, waving a hand dismissively.
"We are grateful for your understanding, Lord Xuan Yong!" Dan Heng bowed quickly, relieved that the Aeon did not take offense at their departure.
Dan Heng soon established contact with Himeko and Herta. After a brief explanation of the situation, Himeko instructed him to keep Xuan Yong settled and, if possible, escort him to the Master Control Room.
Turning back to the Aeon, Dan Heng spoke with profound respect. "Honored Lord Xuan Yong, Madam Herta and the others humbly request your presence in the Master Control Room."
"Fine by me," Xuan Yong agreed with a nod. He then casually tossed the unconscious Stelle, whom he had been carrying, toward Dan Heng. "You carry her."
Startled, Dan Heng and March 7th scrambled to catch her.
"Lead the way," Xuan Yong commanded, stepping forward.
March 7th and Dan Heng quickly adjusted Stelle onto Dan Heng's back and hurried to keep pace with the Aeon's stride.

Before long, the group arrived at the Master Control Room.
Himeko and the others were already waiting. Among them stood a tall, elegant woman in professional attire, her long black hair cascading down her back with an air of sophisticated authority.
"Himeko, we're back!" March 7th cried out, rushing forward to pull Himeko into a tight embrace.
"I presume you are the Aeon of Destiny—Lord Xuan Yong. I am Herta, an Emanator of Nous, the Aeon of Erudition. It is an honor to meet you." The raven-haired woman's gaze remained fixed on Xuan Yong. Sensing the terrifying depths of energy radiating from him, she offered a deep, respectful bow.
"Ah, Herta, the Emanator of Erudition? And how is that heap of scrap metal doing these days?" Xuan Yong smirked, recalling how he had given Nous a thorough thrashing shortly after the machine's ascension.
"Lord Xuan Yong… Lord Nous is faring quite well," Herta replied, her lips twitching slightly at the irreverent description.
"I see. And I have another question," Xuan Yong said, turning his gaze toward Welt Yang, who had been staring at him intently. "Mr. Welt Yang, is there a particular reason you are observing me so closely?"
"Lord Xuan Yong, I meant no offense," Welt replied, lowering his head in a humble gesture. "I only wished to ask if you have ever heard of Schicksal?"
The name Schicksal was deeply familiar to Welt Yang, evoking memories of a certain golden-haired man.
"Ah, you mean Schicksal, one of the two organizations that follow me?" Xuan Yong said, his smile widening.
Xuan Yong understood perfectly why Welt was asking. After all, in Welt's original world, a certain blond man had caused him no small amount of trouble.
"Ah, yes!" Welt stammered, his eyes widening before he quickly composed himself with a nervous smile.
"Schicksal and Anti-Entropy are the two major organizations that follow me. I am well aware of them," Xuan Yong continued, noticing the flicker of disappointment on Welt's face.
The others in the room pricked up their ears, listening intently to the exchange between Welt and Xuan Yong. They recalled the two top-tier organizations that had left their mark on the cosmos.
Schicksal and Anti-Entropy were founded by followers of the Aeon of Destiny—Xuan Yong.
Schicksal's core tenet was that a person's life is predetermined by fate and should not be altered. Anti-Entropy, on the other hand, argued that while life may be fated, it is not immutable.
Due to their ideological clash, these two galactic powers often sold weapons on various planets, fueling wars to test whose philosophy held true.
Yet, ironically, despite their conflicting beliefs, both organizations worshipped the same deity—Xuan Yong, the Aeon of Destiny.
Just as everyone was absorbed in the conversation, a strange phenomenon occurred.
