" Mhm..." Marieh loudly coughed.
That immediately pulled Darnel and Babi from drowning in the moment, remembering they weren't alone .
Nathan bit his jaws angrily, no longer enjoying the direction of that so-called game .
" Aren't you scared of being on top of me like this?" Babi asked.
Darnel swallowed hard , he gently stood up from her.
" And kids, that's how I met your mother," Kalvin laughed as Babi stood up too .
They all burst into laughter.
" See how you have made me a joke , I promise to get you as well, Babi," Darnel promised with a smile , but there was still awkwardness between them.
"I am just getting started." Babi smiled
" Let's go to the haunted house," Babi said hurriedly, taking the lead at that.
Darnel deeply exhaled, pushing his hair backwards. He couldn't believe for a minute there , he had gotten consumed.
" Aren't you coming along?" Wlliam asked.
Darnel walked to William, both following suit .
With touches , they began tracking to the haunted house .
Kim and Matt led the way their fingers intertwined , and Amir and Marieh holding hands followed.
Kalvin, in a very deep conversation with Celine as they followed along ,
Nathan and Babi followed , Vanessa and Neaky followed, and lastly were Willosm and Darnel.
Along the way through the farm , Babi turned to look behind, at Neacky with a smile .
Intentionally, Babi reduced her walking pace. Neacky and Vanessa caught up with them.
The four of the walking together as the chit-chat continued.
Before they reached even further , Babi bent down, letting them continue.
" B..." Nathan called standing.
" Continue , i will join," Babi said, relying the shoe laces that were perfectly tied.
On walking forward, Neacky walked between Nathan and Vanessa.
"What are you doing?" Darnel asked on hiding Babi in the same position, still acting like she was tying her shoes.
Babi sighed, staring at Nathan, Neacky, and Vanessa.
William and Darnel looked forward, then back to Babi .
" Oh," William smiled, understanding what Babi was doing .

"Vanessa.." William called walking ahead .
Vanessa stood, turning back , Nathan and Neacky walking ahead.
" Yes." Babi smiled , she turned looking at Darnel.
Babi and Darnel slowly walked at a little distance behind William and Vanessa, in silence.
" How did you know what to do?" Babi asked quietly, breaking the silence.
" survival and emergency class," Darnel said .
" To be honest, it wasn't the first time i had heard of his attacks," Darnel said .
" Miss Nancy talked a lot about it, and it worried her a lot. " Darnel softly added.
" One thing i was sure of is that it worried you a lot too . So when that class was among, they were forcing us to take, " Darnel continued.
" i was interested in it , i think it's the only class i ever attentively paid attention to and focus on," Darnel chuckled.
" All that trouble for what," Babi softly asked .
" I always imagined spending time with Morgan and you . I worried if he got an attack and I wouldn't be able to do a thing , " Darnel said .
Babi was really touched and very appreciative.

" But are you really okay . You wanted to cry earlier, " Darnel worriedly asked .

Darnel turned, looking at Babi , like he didn't believe we were really okay.
" it's almost unbelievable how much you think of me and the things around me," Babi softly said .
" You will not believe the number of times you run in my head a day , I sometimes wonder if it's the case with you," Darnel said .

Darnel walked along, still wondering what she meant by he didn't know anything

Nathan placed added two crates on the circle .

William giggled, taking a seat . Vanessa sat next to him, others finding where to sit, too.
Matt and Kim got the drinks from the spoiled fridge serving everyone .
" How are they cold?" William asked on being handed one

"I didn't. I just didn't want him to smoke," Babi said .
It sounded like a joke and another bickering between them, making them laugh, ignoring it, and leaving it at that.

Kim completed her beer, putting the bottle down to the flow and then spinning it .
