Echoes of scream rung around the city,
"Help! A survivor was found in the debris over there!"
"AHHH! Mom!!!!!!"
"Uwaaah uwaaahh! Daddy! Mommy! Where are you?!"
Different screams, yet they all convey despair. This city is Sydney, no, it was the city of Sydney after a devastating calamity struck it. This is the ground zero of the calamity known as the 7th eruption of the Honkai. The city can only be described as "A place in hell" by the survivors, the rescuers and the soldiers. A herrscher burned the whole place down.
Herrscher were the beings produced by the honkai to kill and eliminate humanity. These beings were formerly humans who honkai used to bring destruction to civilization.
And in Sydney, a Herrscher was born. Not only a normal human. It was born among the Elite of the soldiers. Elites who were supposedly the defenders of humanity against the honkai. The Squad Leader, Himeko. Became the 7th Herrscher. She was the one who single-handedly destroyed the whole city. With the ability to harness flames, she burned down the whole city only leaving a small amount of survivors that retain injury from being burned.
Himeko , a member of the Fire Moth soldiers, leading her squad. becoming a herrscher herself and wiping out her own squadron , only leaving the youngest alive, Hua. The blow it dealt towards the humanities moral were huge.
"How can we trust them , if even one of them can be our enemy!"
"That organization are now beginning to take karma for what they done wrong to other people!"
Different sentiments around the remaining countries in the world were drowning the internet as of the moment. People who are worried, angry and scared.
Meanwhile, in the evacuation site near the burned city of Sydney, where the rescuers brought all the survivors, medical staff were frantically trying to save everyone they could. There is one who is alive yet was burned all over his body.
Theres also one woman who managed to survive, but her face and her body were also burned. Possible leading to a scar on her face.
One medical staff member, standing over one bed and looking down on the patient, checking her records and muttered while looking at a young male survivor, clearly at his teenage/
"Among all the survivors, he is only the luckiest"
Her colleague heard her and asked
"Why ? How can you say that he is lucky?"
"Look, he is practically not hurt everywhere. the only one that been affected by the calamity is his eyes. I guess he will be blind after this events"
"How is that possible? He didnt even get a single burn on his body ?"
"No" The female medical staff shook her head. "He was found outskirt of the city , maybe thats why he survived the tragedy before the herrscher were born and the 7th eruption started. The only thing that bothers me is how he got blinded if he was outside the city
"We can ask him later on, lets just proceed to help the other survivors"
The female medical staff nodded and move to tend to others. Leaving the young man alone on his bed in the tent.
"Herrscher ? 7th eruption ? What was that ?!"
The young man was Eijin, or the reincarnated body he possessed that identically the same as his body in Arcadia. Only that he looks younger.
"Fuck, after my consciousness returned, I saw a ball of fire, and I lost my consciousness! Is that what they're calling tragedy? Where am i? Sydney? Where is that place? Is there a similar kind of place in Arcadia ?"
A barrage of questions was popping out on his mind.
"Where is Quiin, and what happened to her after I lost my consciousness?"
He deeply inhaled as he groaned and tried to open his eyes, when he open his eyes. He only saw darkness
"What?! Wait, no! no! no!, don't tell me I lost my vision!? What the hell?!
Eijin sat there on his bed. He heard a person approach him. Its the medical staff that tend to him a while ago.
"Young man, are you okay? Is anywhere in your body hurt?"
Eijin look at the direction of the voice. All the color on his face was drained because of what is happening
"I , I lost my vision ?"
The medical staff looking at Eijin expression lost her words. " If you can see what the states of other victims, you wont be disappointed on what happened to you".
"Yes, your eyes got damaged, what happened to you before you lost your consciousness outside the city ?"
The medical staff manage to replied to his question. Eijin sat in the bed and retell what happen to him.

An unconscious young man opened his eyes outside the city of Sydney.
"eh?"
Eijin opened his eyes and looked toward the blue sky above him. He felt it. "Why are my arms tied behind my back and my mouth was covered?! Who the fuck did this?!. The knot is clearly done by a fucking beginner and how the fuck the body I have didn't manage to get out of this entanglement?!"
Eijin sat on the ground. He clearly felt it the knot is not tight enough and loosened enough to untie his restraints. After untying it, he groaned and touched the back of his body where he got impaled saving Quiin.
"Wha? what happened? Where is this place? And where's the wound?"
Eijin look towards his hands
"Wait what ?! why is my hands so small ?!"
"And why am i this place?"
Eijin assessed his surroundings. It's clearly out of the woods or in the middle of the forest. He found a bottle of drugs beside where he was lying before regaining his consciousness. Eijin picked up the bottle and examined it. Its empty. Suddenly a feeling of nausea hit Eijin.
"Blurrrgggggggggg"
Black , disgusting, fluids release from his mouth. After a few minutes of continued throwing up, It finally stop and he finally caught his breath. Eijin rest to the ground and analyses every information he has.
"First, I have clearly got rid of by someone here"
"Second, My body clearly younger than before I died in front of Quiin"
"Third, I still have the same name and my looks are really the same when i am younger in the Arcadia"
While looking around and rummaging through the body's belongings, he found the ID of the one he is possessing. Eijin found it baffling that the body he got reincarnated into somehow had the same face and the same name he had when he was alive.
"So this boy's name is also Eijin, Eijin Luckisia. Age 16, a student, huh?"
Eijin snickered. "Me as a student?" Finding the thought of being a student was funny to him. He was the 2nd strongest of the Arcadia. He continued to browse the ID and found out that he has next kin. A sister named Laris Luckisia. His mind somehow thinks about the events before he died in Arcadia.
"Wait, there's something that doesn't add up. How the hell did that traitor manage to impale me? That even those 2 demon generals that I fought in the past can't even do that?"
"Grrr!, I even named my technique the indestructible body, and I just got killed by a sword, that's not even a divine sword !?".
His face was painted with red embarrassment at the thought of boasting to Quiin and others about his body.
"Let's think about what happened in me in Arcadia after sorting everything out here. I must continue to survive first!"
He continue study the information on the ID. "I can use these things in the future"
Eijin glanced at the bottle, clearly used by whoever wants him dead. His eyes became sharp, and the bulge of veins on his face can be seen clearly.
"Wait until I find out who the fuck you are that trying to poison me! I'll bash your head pretty good!"
"Boom! Boom!"
Eijin got up instantly and became alert.. "That's clearly explosions! and that sounds, its clearly strong and not that far from here". He surveyed the surrounding and saw the light coming from one direction.
"There!"
Eijin ran in that direction, but he didn't get far before he fell down.
"Fuck?!! How useless is this body?! Ah It's my body in another world, but fuck!"
He slowly got up again, and this time he slowly walked towards the sound of explosions. Finally, after few minutes of travelling, he found the city. It's clearly a big city, but a series of explosions and something is firing in the city. Eijin can clearly see the explosions even though he is outside the city. Debris was flying out, and people were also flying, clearly being burned by the explosions.
"Wha? What is happening? What is going on?"
His expression looked grim. His intuition is telling him something: "Something is dangerous in that city; even though I was approximately 2 kilometres away from the city, I can feel it"
A ball of flames suddenly hovered above the city. Eijin saw it clearly. A woman bathing with fire was the one harnessing that ball of flames. He stared at the ball of flames and the woman.
"Its clearly not formed by incantation as there's no magic circle being shown, is she the same as Quiin? love by the spirits of the world that can cast magic spells without incantation?"
The ball of fire was suddenly launched towards the middle of the city
"!"
Eijin saw it, a ball of flames the size of a building exploded. The explosion produces the same amount of force as if one of the demon generals were using its explosion magic. A burst of flames engulfed the whole city, and a heat wave was produced, even affecting Eijin instantly. Eijin, who was looking at the explosion, suddenly lost his consciousness. And when he regained it again, He is now on the tent of the fire moth evacuation site—becoming Blind.

Eijin retell everything about what happened to him. He produce some lie that he was venturing outside because he got lost in the woods while looking for some fruit. And the last thing he remembers is the explosion he saw. Eijin didn't mention being poisoned or someone wanting him to be dead.
The Medical staff listened to his story and got the gist of what happened.
"Maybe the heatwave containing the destructive force of Honkai you saw is the one that got your eyes. But still you're lucky, there are people also that outside the city like you, but they still got burned by the heat wave. You are a lucky one, Eijin"
Eijin nodded towards the sound of her voice. The medical staff continued.
"After a few days, you and the other survivors will be transferred to the main base of the Fire moth in the continent of Mu, near where this country of Australia is. There are almost only 500 people who survive in this city. After confirming that Herrscher is already far from here, everything will be sorted out, and you will be placed in a safe place. "
The medical staff sighed , and her shoulders slumped down. Soon after she was called by her other colleagues to tend to other survivors.
Eijin listened to everything she said.
"So this city is found in the country named Australia, and these people who were helping tend to the injured people were people of the organization called Fire Moth."
"so theyre calling the energy used by that woman, honkai. It's interesting, but what is that feeling of discomfort when I feel it?"
Eijin brainstormed everything he learned today. A wave of dizziness swept through his head, and he lost consciousness again in his bed.

The moment the heat wave containing the Honkai energy made contact with his body and eyes. Eijin lost consciousness.
Inside his body and eyes. 3 types of energy start to intertwine.
The Honkai energy trying to corrupt and destroy his body within.
A white energy trying to oppose the honkai energy and depending on itself.
A Black-red energy is trying to destroy the honkai and assimilate with the white energy inside Eijin's body.
Resulting in the loss of his vision and the discomfort he was feeling.
