1) True element realm - temper your body


2) Qi refining realm - refines qi into qi threads and stores in dantain 


3) Qi sea realm - converts gaseous qi to liquid form in the same dantain 


4) Qi wheel realm - the wheel stands for  forming a vortex in the dantain, the liquid form qi to turn thickers with each level


5) True Yuan Realm - the condensed liquid qi turns into solid golden dan/ core


6) Nascent soul realm - one forms their infant soul and cultivate it along with spiritual practice after passing through the Infant soul lightning tribulations ( targets soul)


7) Transformation god realm - one's body transformed after this realm and he has surpassed the ordinary mortal stage


8) Soul integration realm - One's soul starts to take insight from the nature and the cultivator tries to merge or integrate the dao he practiced with the worldly laws 


9) Cave heaven realm - one gains preliminary control over void laws 


10) Void Shattering realm - when ones cultivation over void laws surpassed to a degree he becomes the void shattering realm expert but first need to pass through the Void tribulations. ( Targets body)


11) Dao source realm - in this realm, one need to reach the dao source of the practice he followed 


12) Dao palace realm - and in this realm, one need to master the specific dao form he practiced to condense the palace in his soul sea. The stronger the soul palace the higher the chances to pass the nirvana tribulations 


13) Nirvana realm - After dao palace realm, one need to pass the 5- decay of mortal tribulations which tests the cultivators spirit and mind. After passing through the tribulations one's body will transform.


14) Saint realm - this realm too require Cultivator to pass through Nine- divine lightning tribulations, after which the cultivator ascends too saint realm. After ascending the saint realm,  one needs to form their prototype domain form and gain more insights into their cultivation path towards the absolute dao.


(That's the most powerful realm that is doing to be disclosed for the time being. As for above this stage I will describe it later.)
