Chapter 1 - Romance love

The Village of Silent Sighs 🌾

Chapter 1: The School Path and Stolen Glances 🏫

The story began in two neighboring villages, separated by a narrow river that shimmered like silver under the morning sun. Akash lived in the west, and Bristi lived in the east. They both attended the same high school, a brick building surrounded by old mango orchards.

For the first two years, their love had no voice. It was written in the dust of the school path and the way Akash would wait by the wooden bridge just to see Bristi walk by with her friends. Whenever their eyes met, the world seemed to stop. Akash's heart would beat like a rhythmic drum, and Bristi would look down, a soft blush creeping onto her cheeks. ☺️

They didn't need words. The silence between them was heavy with a promise that they both understood. In the classroom, while the teacher lectured about history, Akash would secretly draw sketches of a girl who looked exactly like Bristi in the back of his notebook. 📓

Chapter 2: The Shadows of Envy 🐍

As they moved into their third year, the silence finally broke. A few letters were exchanged, hidden inside borrowed textbooks. Akash's family was humble but kind; they knew about his feelings and supported him, seeing the sincerity in his eyes.

However, the path was not smooth. Bristi's group of friends weren't as loyal as she thought. Seeing the handsome and studious Akash falling for Bristi filled them with a bitter poison—jealousy.

"Why her?" they would whisper. They began spreading rumors, trying to create misunderstandings between the two. They would tell Bristi that Akash was seen talking to other girls, and they would tell Akash that Bristi's father was looking for a wealthy groom for her. These "friends" wanted to see the flame of their love extinguished, but the bond between Akash and Bristi was like a deep-rooted tree 🌳—it only grew stronger with the wind.
