The following day, Alex woke up at noon completely naked, feeling a slight ache in his hips.
"I must say, maybe I overexerted myself a bit too much."
With a simple thought, he used his magic to erase the pain, then sat up in bed and looked at the culprit who had caused him to push himself so hard.
Cana was lying face down on the bed beside Alex; like him, she wasn't wearing a single stitch of clothing, her legs slightly parted.
Alex looked at her rear, which was still stained with his seed. "Cana really has a hot body."
A light palm slapped across one of Cana's cheeks, making her rear jiggle in a way that would mesmerize any man who saw it.
"Mmmmm."
Cana groaned in response as she felt her rear being spanked. "Still not satisfied?" Cana asked, noticing him starting to touch her ass.
"You're awake! Then get up, we need to wash up and head to the starting point for the S-Class Mage Exam. Stop lying around."
Alex didn't hesitate to give her another spank, causing her cheeks to bounce a view Alex thoroughly appreciated.
Cana had no choice but to get up and head to the bathroom with Alex to wash up. This time, they abstained from any further intimacy; otherwise, they might get lost in lust and end up disqualified for missing the exam.

Alex and Cana made their way to a tavern in town. Upon entering, they approached the bartender to ask for instructions. The bartender took notice of the Fairy Tail guild mark on both of them, then pointed toward a man sitting alone in a corner.
Alex and Cana understood and walked over to where the bartender had indicated.
The man watched them approach; he was a mage from a small local guild.
As a local, he had been assigned a simple, well-paying job: he only had to hand an envelope over to a tan woman with brown hair who wore tight pants, exposed plenty of cleavage, and bore the Fairy Tail mark.
"Here's your envelope. My job is done."
The man pulled the envelope from his pocket, placed it on the table, and left the tavern immediately after seeing Cana pick it up.
"So these are the instructions for the S-Class Exam."
Alex waited for Cana to read through the document. After a minute, Cana lowered the letter and looked at Alex.
"The letter says we need to head into the desert. Our objective is to retrieve two tokens marked on a map. Once we gather both tokens, we have to proceed to another location indicated on the map for the second trial."
Alex listened to Cana. "Doesn't sound like this first trial will be too difficult."
Cana paused for a moment before replying to Alex, "It's not as simple as it sounds. There are almost certainly monsters where the tokens are located, and to get them, we'll have to clear a path."
Alex nodded; that was typical for these kinds of tests. "Alright then, let's grab some supplies for the desert and get moving."
Alex and Cana bought everything necessary to survive in the desert for the duration of the S-Class Mage Exam. Afterward, they set off toward the first location marked on the map where the first token lay.
Both walked under the scorching sun, wearing thin cloaks to protect themselves from the heat.
"I have to say, Cana, this is the first time I've seen you covered in clothes from head to toe."
"I get the feeling. Even I feel a bit uncomfortable with this cloak on, but it can't be helped the sun will make me even darker, and I don't want to ruin my skin."
After walking for a while, they began approaching the first location marked on the map.
"This S-Class Exam is certainly tough, making us walk through scorching heat in the middle of nowhere just to retrieve two tokens."
Alex didn't have much trouble with the trek; after all, his magic could erase any discomfort either of them might feel.
However, the other teams were likely having a miserable time, and as Cana mentioned, placing monsters in the token areas to force them to fight under harsh conditions showed that the Guild Master wasn't going easy on anyone.
"Stop complaining so much. Your magic is keeping us in good shape anyway. Stay sharp, we're almost at the location."
Upon reaching the spot where the token was located, they spotted a pair of giant rock pillars protruding from the endless sand.
When they were about thirty meters away, the ground began to tremble. Out of the sand emerged several desert monsters.
Enormous creatures, hideous to behold they possessed multiple eyes, razor-sharp teeth filling their maws, and several had pincers.
Alex could spot a pair of giant scorpions, various types of sand worms, centipedes, and a few cobras.
"Ugh."
Cana came to a dead halt. The sight was appalling; her stomach churned just looking at those repulsive creatures.
She instinctively took a step back. If the S-Class Exam weren't so important to her, Cana would have turned right around and left that place as fast as her legs could carry her.
Alex was also astonished by the display; somehow, it felt like too many monsters were gathered in a single place.
At a glance, they easily numbered over a dozen. Their sizes were no joke either: the centipedes and worms ranged from 8 to 15 meters in length, the scorpion stood around 10 meters tall, and the cobras were approximately 20 to 25 meters long.
Every single monster looked imposing to anyone standing before them.
However, Alex and Cana were mages with a clear goal: pass the trial and keep pushing forward until Cana became an S-Class Mage. A dozen giant monsters weren't going to stop them.
"Well, Cana, moment of truth. Want me to handle this all by myself?" Alex stepped forward, positioning himself in front of Cana. "After all, you paid in advance, and I must say I made the absolute most of it."
Cana blushed for a moment. "Stupid Alex! The first sentence sounded great, but your second comment completely ruined it."
Cana was ready for battle. From her back pocket, she pulled out her deck of magic cards. "Don't think you get to have all the fun to yourself I'm fighting too."
