Tree plantation diary
Dear Diary,
Today was a truly fulfilling day! Our locality organized a massive tree plantation drive, and I was thrilled to be a part of it. The morning started early, and the park was already buzzing with enthusiastic volunteers when I arrived.
I joined a group near the entrance and we were given several neem and banyan saplings. We worked together, digging pits, placing the saplings carefully, and covering them with soil. It was hard work under the sun, but the shared goal made it feel easy. I planted five saplings myself!
Seeing so many people, from children to the elderly, come together for a green cause was inspiring. I felt a deep sense of satisfaction knowing I contributed to our local environment. I hope these little saplings grow into strong, shady trees, providing a better future for everyone. I can't wait for the next community event!
