He sat on a bench outside the store and started eating his sandwich.
But suddenly he heard a loud engine.
A luxury sports car stopped in front of the store.
Renji looked up.
The driver stepped out.
It was the same rich guy from earlier.
The one Mika was kissing.
Mika stepped out of the car too. She was holding his arm like she belonged to him.
The rich guy noticed Renji sitting there.
He smiled in a mocking way.
"Oh look… Mika's poor ex-boyfriend."
Mika looked at Renji.
There was no guilt on her face.
Only annoyance.
The rich guy laughed.
"You're still eating convenience store food?"
Renji stayed quiet and continued eating.
The rich guy walked closer and looked down at him.
"Pathetic."
Then he pointed to his car.
"Do you even know how much that car costs?"
Renji didn't answer.
"Of course you don't," the rich guy said. "Someone like you could never afford it."
Mika laughed a little.
Something inside Renji felt very angry.
He slowly stood up.
"How much?" Renji asked.
The rich guy looked confused.
"What?"
"How much is the car?"
The rich guy laughed loudly.
"Two hundred thousand dollars."
Then he said in a mocking voice, "Why? You want to buy it?"
Renji took out the black card.
Without saying anything, he walked to the car dealership across the street.
Inside, the staff looked surprised.
"Sir, how can we help you?"
Renji pointed outside.
"That car."
"I want it."
The employee hesitated.
"Sir… that car is very expensive."
Renji placed the black card on the counter.
"Sell it to me."
A few minutes later the machine made a sound.
Payment Successful.
Outside, an employee walked toward Renji with the car keys.
"Congratulations, sir. The car now belongs to you."
The rich guy's face turned pale.
Mika looked shocked.
But someone else had also seen everything.
Across the street near the college gate stood a beautiful girl with long black hair.
She was known as the campus goddess, the most beautiful girl in the college.
She had watched everything quietly.
Her eyes stayed on Renji.
"…Interesting," she said softly.
Meanwhile, Renji got into the luxury car and started the engine.
He looked once at the rich guy and Mika.
