Chapter 1 - A new life

This may sound impossible, but hear me out a bit...

"I was Isekai'd into another world"

Yeah, I know what you're thinking, that I'm crazy and I must have gone insane. Considering reincarnation only happens in anime.'

Reincarnation is the belief that the soul or essence of a person continues to exist after death and is reborn into another body or form. This belief is held by many religions and philosophical traditions around the world, including Hinduism,Buddhism,Jainism, Ancient Greek philosophy, Native American spirituality, and African traditions.

In Hinduism, reincarnation is considered to be the central aspect of the cycle of existence known as samsara. It is believed that the soul goes through a continuous cycle of birth, death, and rebirth, and the type of rebirth one experiences is determined by their karma, or the sun of their actions and thoughts in their previous life. Hinduism also teaches that the ultimate goal of reincarnation is to achieve moksha, or the liberation from the cycle of existence and attainment with the ultimate reality.

In Buddhism, the concept of reincarnation is tied to the idea of impermanence, as all things are said to be constantly changing and in a state of flux. Unlike Hinduism, Buddhism does not believe in a permanent self or soul, but instead sees the self as a collection of constantly changing experiences and phenomenons. In this view, reincarnation is seen as a continuation of the impermanent, changing nature of the self.

Jainism also holds the belief in reincarnation and teaches that the soul is trapped in the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth, due to past actions and karma. Jainism places great importance on the principle of ahimsa, or non-violence and encourages its followers to live a virtuous life and to avoid actions that cause harm to others, in order to reduce the accumulation of negative karma and eventually attain liberation from the cycle of reincarnation.

The Ancient Greeks, including the famous philosopher Pythagoras, believed in reincarnation. They held that the soul was immortal and that it was reborn into another after death. Pythagoras and his followers believed that the soul was reincarnated in order to gain knowledge and experience, and that the ultimate goal was to attain a state of pure consciousness that was no longer sustained to reincarnation.

Native American spirituality also includes beliefs in reincarnation, where the soul of the deceased is said to be reborn into another body. This belief is often tied to the idea of a spiritual journey, where the soul moves from one form to another in order to learn and grow. In some Native American traditions, it is believed that the soul can be reincarnated as both human and non-human beings, such as animals or plants.

There could be many reasons as to why I was reincarnated. I just don't know which one.

As I continued to think I heard muffled voices.

The moment I opened my eyes I was greeted with a beautiful woman, but rather than her having glamorous beauty, I would describe her as lovely, in a kind and gentle sense with distinct silky black hair and orange eyes. I can't help but notice her long eyelashes and perky nose that make me want to just cling to her. She just permeates this motherly-like feeling. Is this how babies are attracted to their mothers?

I peel my face away and look up to see colorful particles floating in the air.

What are these? Is this magic? I curiously wonder.

Focusing and slowly lifting my small underdeveloped arms, I tried to catch them using my tiny hands.

My mom or who I presume to be my mom watched me in amusement as I tried to grab the air around me.

I opened my palm, it floated again and escaped.

Is this magic?

Its form and shape is a circle. When it touched my skin felt an energy running through my veins.

I'm certain this has to be magic.

While I was thinking someone I could barely make out appeared in my line of sight, a charismatic looking man. With a full spiky beard that covers his square jaw with layered long flaxen hair that seemed to be put up on a ponytail, while his eyebrows were strong and fierce. Yet it held a gentle quality, whether it was from the way his downturned eyes that drooped at the end or from his amber eyes that look shined like liquid honey.

I am certain that he is my new Father. As he smiled down at me, giving me a goofy grin as he opened his mouth and said something.

"——XX——-XXX———-XXXX"

"What did he say?" I couldn't understand a word he just said all I heard were fuzzy incoherent noises.

I glanced around to see my mom, roll her eyes and she

It couldn't be Japanese, English, French or Chinese. Whatever language this is I better learn it as i grow up.

Communication is essential after all.

I glanced around to see my mom roll her eyes at my dad as she said something.

"————-XXXXX——XXX"

"What the hell are they saying?"

Wwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"

My thoughts slowly stopped when I heard an ear-piercing sound on my side.

I moved my muscleless head to the origin of the voice and there, I found a black hair child following his example. I started to cry so as to not be suspicious.

"Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"

During my fake crying someone gently picked me up, a girl with very long, smooth silky black hair that reached down to her knees, blunt bangs framing her face, complementing her striking orange eyes. She looked like a miniature version of my mom.

"—————-XXX———XXX" She said but I wasn't paying any attention to her at all."

"I can feel it"

I can see it, these particles. This world is full of magic.

As the black haired girl who I assume to be my older sister rocked me to calm me down I was deep in thought.

"Is it truly possible now? Can I fulfill my dream?

Before I could answer my question, everyone went quiet as I looked around. I see my family looking confused and in a state of confusion myself I didn't know what to do. Before I could ask myself what happened I got a whiff of something.

I turned my gaze to my brother.

"Did he just poop?"

◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇

7 months have passed in this new world. I was born into a noble family with the surname Kagehashi. For generations, members of this family have trained to become dark knights, one of the many types of military forces who use magic through their bodies and swords to power up and slay enemies in battle.

It took me 5 months to gain consciousness in those 5 months I was image training in my mind something i learned from dragon bolt z, an anime from my old world this ability allows you to train against opponents stronger than you so I trained against the knights of the round table statues for 5 months straight master martial arts from boxing to systema I began trying to manipulate the magic particles my body absorbed when I was baby.

I experimented with it so much I came up with new ways to train. For example, if you break and repair your magic circuits, they get bigger each time you do it. I'm still trying to awaken them. It's easier to break and repair them than to actually awaken them.

Another thing I found out is that babies can't really control when they poop and pee. They hear a voice that just tells them to "Let it all out." It's really embarrassing to be honest. I try to hold it in but it just comes out and with my limited motor functions I sleep in dirty diapers for hours until my sister or mom changes me.

A positive that came out of this was that I was breastfed by my mother.

Don't get me wrong. No ulterior motives whatsoever. It's just that breast milk tastes a lot better than baby formula. It has more nutritional value. Trust me on this. Please…

Aside from that, I'm the second child of Reginald and Cecilia Kagehashi. I also have an older sister and a twin brother. Said twin brother is a pain in the ass sometimes but that's what makes me like him even more.

My dad was an idiot to put it into simple words but behind that idiotic personality he was a seasoned warrior from what my mom tells me he used to be a dark knight in the everhart kingdom he then became a B class adventurer before settling down with my mom.

Speaking of my mom (still a bit strange to have a different mom) I suspected that she was an angel because when my sister was playing with me and my twin brother Silas she accidentally bumped my head on the ceiling making me get a huge bump on my head.

Claire went running into the main room of the family house crying. She tried to explain to mom why I have a giant bump on my head without getting in trouble but she was crying and all that came out was incoherent gibberish.

Mom didn't get mad at her. She gently placed her slender hand on Claire's cheek and told her it was alright as she gently picked me up from her arms.

She sat back down on her chair placing me on her lap, her bosom on top of my head. I felt her magic flow into I slowly felt the bump on my head disappear slowly as I started to lose focus and get sleepy.

Before I fall asleep I have to explain the currency in this world; it's pretty straightforward.

From what I understand and from what I heard listening to all the meetings my mom has brought me to Zeni works like dollar bills in the United States but instead of only dollar bills it's paper money and gold coins.

My family is very wealthy and are comfortably living off zeni (gold coin) a day.

100 Zeni (Paper version) = 100$ (USD)

1 Zeni ( Gold coin version) = 10,000$ (USD)

I am slowly gaining more motor function everyday training my magic veins (circuits) that reside deep within me.

Until I become the strongest!
