Chapter 12 - A NEW BEGINNING

CLASSHERO SESSION – 2.0

Chapter 1: A New Beginning

A cold winter morning settled over Imperial National University – Delhi Campus.

The campus was alive with thousands of students, but one student walked through the gates without looking at anyone.

Surya Sharma.

After everything that had happened in Mumbai, he had transferred to Delhi to complete his studies. The scars on his body had healed, but the memories had not.

Every weekend, Surya still traveled to Mumbai to visit Raghav Rana, who remained unconscious in the hospital.

Standing beside the hospital bed, Surya spoke quietly.

"Everyone tells me to move on..."

"But I still believe you'll wake up."

"I promise..."

"I'll end the people responsible."

He placed a small notebook beside Raghav's bed before boarding the night train back to Delhi.

---

Monday.

The first lecture had already begun.

Professor Meera Sharma introduced the new student.

"This is Surya Sharma."

"He has transferred from our Mumbai campus."

The classroom remained silent.

From the back row, a cheerful boy whispered,

"So that's the famous transfer student."

His name was Dibya Ranjan.

Beside him sat Raj Kapoor, who calmly observed Surya.

Another student, Ashutosh Rana, simply smiled.

"Interesting."

---

Lunch break.

Surya sat alone beneath an old banyan tree, reading a mechanical engineering textbook.

Across the courtyard, a frightened first-year student accidentally dropped his phone.

Before he could pick it up, Rakesh Singh kicked it across the ground.

"What are you looking for?"

"My... my phone..."

Rakesh laughed.

"It's ours now."

His group walked away.

The first-year student stood frozen.

Surya quietly closed his book.

Without a word, he walked toward them.

"Return it."

Rakesh looked at him and laughed.

"And who are you?"

"The person asking politely."

The surrounding students immediately stopped walking.

Everyone knew who Rakesh was.

No one challenged him.

Rakesh stepped closer.

"You're new."

"You don't know the rules."

Surya answered calmly,

"I know one rule."

"You don't bully people who can't fight back."

Rakesh smirked.

"You've got courage."

He shoved Surya's shoulder.

Surya didn't move even an inch.

The smile on Rakesh's face slowly disappeared.

Just then, another voice interrupted.

"Enough."

Everyone turned.

A tall student wearing a black jacket walked into the courtyard.

It was Dibya Ranjan.

He looked at Rakesh.

"You've made enough noise for one day."

Rakesh clicked his tongue.

"This doesn't concern you."

"It does now."

For several seconds, the two groups stared at each other.

Finally, Rakesh threw the stolen phone onto the ground.

"Keep it."

"But this isn't over."

He walked away with his gang.

The frightened student picked up his phone with trembling hands.

"Thank you..."

Surya simply nodded.

As he turned to leave, Dibya stopped him.

"You could've started a fight."

Surya replied,

"I only fight when there's no other choice."

Dibya smiled.

"Good."

"I don't like people who fight for attention."

Surya looked at him.

"And I don't like people who threaten others."

For the first time, both of them smiled.

Not as enemies.

But as two people who respected each other.

From the roof of the administration building, someone had watched the entire incident.

Ahmad Khan.

Leader of UNITY.

He closed the file in his hands.

"So..."

"The transfer student has finally arrived."

He looked toward Happy Patel.

"Find out everything about Surya Sharma."

Happy nodded.

"By tomorrow morning."

Ahmad turned back toward the courtyard.

"The game begins."
