Chapter 10 - The Synchrony of Souls

Just then, the heavy bronze doors swung open. A man walked in, his presence commanding the room. He was dressed in royal attire, but his hands—strong and steady—were the same hands that had fixed her broken scooters in a dusty workshop.

"Hero?" Niyati gasped, her heart leaping. But as he drew closer, the name didn't seem to fit the aura of the man before her. She blinked, her vision blurring. "Is it... Hero? Or is it Shaurya?"

She stumbled back, her confusion reaching a fever pitch.

The man stopped, his eyes searching hers with an intensity that spanned centuries. He reached out and took her hands, his touch grounding her instantly.

"The gears have finally found their place, Niyati," he said softly.

The voice was familiar, but the resonance was deeper.

Slowly, the fog in her mind began to lift. The memories of the "Hero" who had been her anchor in the city merged with the spirit of the "Shaurya" who had fought beside her in the past. They were no longer two separate people. The timeline had fused them into something greater.

"Shakti," she whispered, the name finally settling in her heart like a missing piece of a puzzle.

"Yes," he smiled, his eyes glowing with the secret they had shared across hundreds of years.

He's Shakti Virendra, who was her best friend Hero in beginning and Shaurya, the watchmaker in the past.

Niyati threw her arms around him, finally at peace.

She wasn't an unlucky girl chasing a dream; she was the Sovereign of Kaalmayi, standing beside her Shakti in a world where time had finally found its right destiny.
