Suicune, Entei, and Raikou. These three Pokémon were Ho-Oh's emissaries in the mortal realm, often referred to as the Three Sacred Beasts. With all three showing up together, the Officer Jennys knew they were absolutely here for the alternate-world Ho-Oh. However, given the delicate situation, the Jennys weren't sure if they should let them through.
Just as the Jennys were caught in a dilemma, Professor Oak—who had recovered from fainting after seeing Arceus—walked over. "Suicune, we know why you're here. But the Ho-Oh here isn't from our world, and it's severely injured. If possible, we'd prefer you not to disturb them right now."
"Awoo..." (Is that so? No wonder there were auras of two Lord Ho-Ohs...)
Suicune felt a sense of familiarity with the tone of this human. However, feeling the aura of their own Lord Ho-Oh hidden in the sky above, Suicune knew the man was likely telling the truth. Still, Suicune turned to its companions for their input.
"Awoo!" (What do you think?)
"Roar!" (Let's go take a look!)
"Roar!" (Let's go see the Lord Ho-Oh from the other world.)
"Awoo!" (Alright. Human, we would like to go see the alternate-world Lord Ho-Oh, is that okay?)
Hearing Suicune's words, Meowth knew it was his time to shine. He had been on standby to translate ever since they arrived. "Meow, let me translate!"
With Meowth's translation, Professor Oak and the Jennys understood their intentions. However, Professor Oak looked troubled. "Um... honestly, I personally don't recommend you go see it right now... because..."
"Please allow me to assist!"
Just as Professor Oak was about to explain the reason, Brock—who was tired of being treated like background scenery—jumped out. He planned to show off his competence in front of the Officer Jennys.
"Three Lords, please allow me to lead the way!"
"Hey, wait, Brock, don't do something crazy—"
"Don't worry, Professor Oak! I will perfectly fulfill this task!"
Before Professor Oak could finish, Brock cut him off and began confidently leading the way for the three Sacred Beasts, thinking he looked incredibly cool.
Seeing Brock act like this, Professor Oak could only sigh helplessly. Misty saw this and said to the Professor, "I think Brock just wants a chance to show off, right?"
Hearing Misty, Professor Oak looked at Brock with a gaze full of pity. "Misty, you don't understand. Going to disturb Ash and the others right now... people could die..." "Huh?" Misty hadn't expected it to be that serious.
Elesa walked over and explained, "You know that a bunch of doctors are currently holding a meeting in there, right?"
"Yeah, Ash is a doctor too, so he went to help. What's wrong with that?"
Seeing Misty still confused, Diantha glanced at Brock, who was leading the way, and smiled helplessly. "How should I put this... Ash and the others are absolutely fine with patients normally, but there is one situation where you absolutely must not disturb them. And that is..."
Just as Diantha was speaking, Brock enthusiastically pushed open the door to the conference room. "Ash! The Three Sacred Beasts want to... see... Ho-Oh..."
Brock had wanted to show off, but the moment he opened the door, a wave of pure, concentrated murderous intent blasted him and the Three Sacred Beasts.
Inside the room, Ash and a whole room full of doctors were glaring at them with glowing red eyes, holding scalpels and syringes as if they were throwing knives.
Ash looked at Brock and the Sacred Beasts, his voice dripping with deadly venom. "Didn't you know we are in the middle of a meeting?! The thing us doctors hate the most... is people like you interrupting our medical discussions!!!"
As soon as Ash finished his sentence, the entire room of doctors simultaneously hurled their scalpels and syringes at Brock and the Sacred Beasts.
"MOMMY!!!"
Thunk! Thunk! Thunk! Thunk!
With the sound of blades embedding into the walls, Brock stared in absolute horror at a scalpel that had planted itself into the floor just an inch away from his 'little brother'. Before he could even say a word, the second wave of attacks—syringes—arrived from Ash and the doctors.
"MAMA MIA!!!"
Seeing the syringes flying at him, Brock scrambled up and ran for his life. Suicune, Entei, and Raikou had already fled; the murderous intent radiating from that room of doctors was simply too terrifying.
At that moment, Diantha finally finished her sentence outside. "...And that is when they are having a medical meeting! As doctors, the thing they hate the most is uninvited people interrupting their life-saving discussions!"
Hearing Diantha's explanation, Misty paused, finally understanding why Professor Oak had looked at Brock with such pity. It seemed Brock was in for a very bad time...
And just as Misty thought, Brock and the Three Sacred Beasts were currently being chased down by a mob of doctors wielding syringes.
"Don't run! If we don't teach you idiots the consequences of interrupting doctors today, you'll just cause us more trouble in the future!"
"Today, us old men will show you guys that doctors aren't to be trifled with! We make our living with blades too!"
While dodging the pursuit, Brock accidentally tripped over a rock. Seeing this, Ash and the doctors immediately locked onto his butt.
"These are needles that hurt like hell! Take this!" A barrage of flying needles shot directly into Brock's rear end.
"AARRGGHHHHH~~~~!!!"
Accompanied by Brock's soul-shattering scream, the farce finally came to a temporary end.
"Ugh... my butt... owww..."
Looking at Brock's rear—which had swollen a full size larger and was covered in protruding syringes—Misty shook her head in pity. But then again, he was the one who had interrupted Professor Oak earlier.
The mob of doctors and Ash were finally pacified by the Joys and Jennys. Everyone also learned that the Three Sacred Beasts had arrived. However...
"I don't care if you're the Three Sacred Beasts! What is the meaning of interrupting our meeting while we are finalizing a treatment plan?! We are lucky this patient has high vitality. If it were any other patient, your interruption could have cost them their life!"
Suicune, Entei, and Raikou were currently getting yelled at by Ash, who was pointing directly at their noses. Yet, the three didn't dare make a single sound in protest. After all, they were completely in the wrong. These people were trying to save Ho-Oh, and they had barged in and disrupted them.
Seeing Ash screaming at them, Elesa hurried over to calm him down. "Alright, Ash. The priority now is treating the patient. Look, even though Ho-Oh isn't in life-threatening danger, we can't just leave it unconscious, right?"
With Elesa's pacification, Ash's anger subsided slightly. He patted her hand and said, "Alright. Out of respect for you guys, Elesa, you can take these three idiots to see the alternate-world Ho-Oh. We still need to do some final confirmations here."
"Okay, we'll leave Ho-Oh to you. By the way, Ash, you looked really cool just now~"
Even though she felt a bit sorry for the other, Elesa had to admit that Ash pointing his finger at their noses and scolding them was incredibly badass!
