Chapter 7 - The great news for non-humans

{In elder speech} Well if west and it's humans are like this, then doesn't that means that their existense and their nation is a good news for all oppressed non-humans?

{In elder speech} Indeed, the west is promised land, there you will be seen as neighbours and curiousity rather than aliens.

{In elder speech} We must tell our kin and other non-humans about the paradise is west.

{In elder speech} So what are you waiting for? Go. Tell your kin and other non-humans about the paradise, if you all want to escape the purgatory of east and enter in paradise of west.

{In elder speech} We will.

The sages immediately rush back to their place.

You guys can come out, we know you are there, as the spirits of nature we know everything.

The nature spirit spoke in common speech. The merceneries deactivated their stealth devices.

You know our language.

It was us who taught your ancestors the common speech, so of course we know common speech but also elder speech they spokes.

Really? Then why we don't know about being taught the common speech by who energy ball like things?

That's because you guys forgot about being taught the languange by us, in fact barely few of you guys even know the existence of spirits.

We apologise to forget about you guys.

It's okay, we are not offended at all, you guys simply to busy in advancing your technology that you naturally forgot most of supernatural knowledge you guys once had, but it's fine, being forgotten by scholar is a good thing than being forgot by ignorant and illogical people.

How you guys knew we are here?

We are spirits, nothing escape our eyes, we even know about security team that is watching everthing happening here with CCTV cameras.

The security team in security room gasped as the entities knew about them watching as well.

By the way what you spirits or whatever you are talking to those pointy eared humans about? We didn't understand the language you both used.

I guess it's normal as we taught your ancestors common speech and not elder speech. Well well, we will tell everything.

While spirits of nature starts telling the merceneries about what the told to the pointy eared beings. The sages who are rushing back to the settlement is clearly happy and eager to tell everyone about what they found.

Elven sage Anrai excited and in high spirit rushed to Dáithí's place.

{In elder speech} Lord Dáithí! We got great news!

{In elder speech} What happened, knowing one, did something good happened?

{In elder speech} More than good, we discovered a paradise!

{In elder speech} *Confused* What do you mean?

{In elder speech} Let me explain what I learned from spirits, including their purpose to come here and their need for nature's blood.

Anrai explain everything to elder Dáithí, who is dumbfounded but their is great hope in his eyes, as Anrai explained everything, about continent in west, it's humans, their technology, their connection to physical world explaining the lack of chaos in them, their need for nature's blood they called crude oil, the nation of west that spirits claimed to be a paradise, the lack of superstitions and racism in western lands and so on.

{In elder speech} If what you say is true, then the west is indeed a promised land, a real paradise, not the ones that humans of this continent offers that has merely golden facade and is actually paradise to few but purgatory to rest as it is built on plunder, underpaid labour and tyranny.

{In elder speech} Indeed, if spirits are right, then these native humans are truly wise people of this world, who actually know how to run a nation, how to make nature and progress work in harmony and solve various problems without being dependent on chaos. They are excatly what humans of this continent should be.

{In elder speech} Yeah, that make a clear difference between native humans and invasive humans.

{In elder speech} I guess we should tell everyone, it will eliminate the panic that our kind in far north is feeling.

{In elder speech} You are allowed to do so, also, since we know that these native humans are potential allies, there is no point of hiding their existance to other natives of this world.

{In elder speech} Understood, I will tell other sages to let dwarves, gnomes and halflings know about the existance of fourth native, this world's own humans.

{In elder speech} Also check how old the race of native humans are, if they existed long ago before conjuction of spheres, then I want them to be labellel as newly discovered elder race.

{In elder speech} Fine, I will do so, and inform how old they are.

Anrai left the place, Dáithí sat on his chair and lost in deep thoughts.

{In elder speech} *To himself* I wonder how we cross that vast ocean, if we want to reach the western continent. I guess, we think about it later, once we somehow manage to establish contact with the native humans.

Next day, the atmosphere of every elven settlement is chaged. Until yesterday, there was somber atmosphere with everyone being in fear. But after the news came, the atmosphere went from somber to lively with everyone talking about the west, discussing how to cross the large ocean to reach the continent in west.

The dwarves, we upset at elves for hiding the news about western human, who are not invaders but a fellow native, nevertheless, they decided to put their disappointment on elves aside, and discuss how to establish contact with their newly discovered fellow natives and have a trade deal with them.

The gnomes are however more interested in technology, that rely on mechanical and biological knowledge and methods, essentially they are not cheating with nature but working with it. This is very appealing to gnomes who want to acquire the knowledge of western humans and achieve great things without relying on shortcuts like magic.

The halflings, true to their nature is only interest in agriculture and quiet life, when they learned that the western human can turn barren land fertile and a desert into forest, they too, have deep longing towards the other side of ocean in west, believed the western land is perfect for their quiet, comfortable and carefree life.

In the end, all four races want to go west, which they see as promised land, and they are right to think so, as the moment they set foot in west, they won't be meet with scorn but in open arms from the humans that are truly of this world and are undeniably reasonable.
