Early in the morning, Cedric opened the window to let out the strange scent lingering in the room.
Glancing back at the three girls still asleep on the bed, he shook his head helplessly and stepped out of the bedroom.
"Ouch, that hurts."
Fana? Why is she here?
"Mr. Cedric." Fana lowered her head, her face flushed like a child who had done something wrong.
Thinking back to last night, her cheeks burned even hotter. She had not expected Cedric to be that overwhelming. Compared to him, Mars felt unbelievably weak.
"I will be heading back now." Fana leaned against the wall as she stood, her legs trembling slightly. She could not even bring herself to look him in the eye, her face red with embarrassment.
Watching her leave, Cedric narrowed his eyes slightly.
Something felt off.

Meanwhile, Marco jumped out of bed full of energy.

Cedric placed his hand gently on her head. "Heal."

"Where is everyone?"
"They all went to the Star Festival. They did not even invite me. I wanted to go too..." Gordon crouched in the corner, mumbling gloomily.

"Did everyone go to the Royal Capital? Just nod or shake your head."
Seeing Gordon nod, Cedric did not bother asking further. He grabbed both Gordon and Noelle and teleported again.
The moment they arrived, the bustling atmosphere hit them.
The streets were packed with people, lined with countless stalls.
So it really is the Star Festival.
"Big Brother Cedric, you are here too. Senior Magna said there will be huge fireworks tonight. Do you want to watch together?" Asta waved enthusiastically.
"No thanks, Asta. You go ahead."
Cedric smirked slightly as he held Noelle's hand. "Come on, my princess. Let us enjoy the festival together."
He walked off, leaving Gordon standing awkwardly behind.

Walking through the crowd, Cedric noticed a large group gathered around a stall.

At the center sat a stunning woman, her beauty almost unreal.

"Hoho, what a beauty. You will serve me tonight." A fat noble approached, surrounded by guards, his expression disgusting.
"Do not touch me."
Briar Magic erupted instantly, binding the man and his guards tightly.

She flung them aside effortlessly before retracting her magic. The noble scrambled away in fear.

Noelle turned her head slightly, her cheeks faintly pink.
Elsewhere, Yami and Jack were locked in a ridiculous competition.
"Asta, hurry up and bring in customers. We cannot lose to that idiot."
