Tsukiko was chilling with her best friend, Kaiya. They both were watching their favorite anime, demon slayer for what felt the 100th time. If there was one anime they both could watch without fighting it was definitely demon slayer.
"Kaiya, random question....have you read the manga?" Tsukiko asked out of nowhere. She was definitely the person who asks you the most random things. Kaiya, too busy watching Rengoku and Akaza fight didn't respond. Another thing about Tsukiko was that she was ready to lunge at a person for the smallest thing. Kaiya who had no idea what was going on, continued watching as tears started filling her eyes. If Tsukiko wasn't angry before. She definitely was now.
'How can she ignore me! Now she's crying as if she didn't know Rengoku was gonna die! Then she will look at me with that adorable, confused expression and ask something that will offend me enough to kill someone!' Tsukiko thought to herself angrily. Soon enough, after Tsukiko's prediction Kaiya made a confused and somewhat adorable expression and asked Tsukiko with an innocent face "Why couldn't we save Rengoku?" Kaiya asked.
Tsukiko's eye visibly twitched as she tried to keep a straight face. Kaiya knew that Tsukiko would react like this, but wanted to tease her friend. Tsukiko and Kaiya were friends even though they were pretty different. They still cared for each other as that was all they got after their family..[1]
Tsukiko lunged and started tickling Kaiya, which caused Kaiya to run. They both were acting like toddlers at this point. Tsukiko after finding Kaiya hugged her and kept her in place. "Kaiya you actually think if i say, God please! Send us to the world of demon slayer! We wanna save all our favorite characters!" Tsukiko said sarcastically. As soon as she said that, they both disappeared in a mysterious white fog.
"Tsukiko...where are we?" Kaiya asked, looking genuinely worried. " Don't ask me! I have no idea!" Tsukiko said in frustration.
"Ughhh..What the hell are we wearing!!??" Tsukiko said, getting angrier by the second. They weren't home! Definitely anywhere near it too.
Kaiya looked around a bit and pointed out. "Hey look! Let's ask that person where we are!" She said.
They both went towards a boy their age with reddish-black hair and burgundy eyes. They both felt the boy looked oddly familiar. When they reached towards him, they couldn't believe their eyes! It was Tanjiro!
Kaiya, who had to ask just to be sure said " excuse me sir, we are travelers who have been lost. Can you please tell us what place this is?".
"Oh, this is Mount Kumotori." Tanjiro said with a warm smile. Kaiya and Tsukiko were definitely horrified at this statement, because Mount Kumotori was Tanjiro's birth place! They thanked Tanjiro and started panicking immediately.
