Two massive figures now stood on the battlefield. The first Rift Overlord towered over the broken plains, its armored body radiating dark red energy while its glowing veins pulsed like burning magma beneath its skin. Its enormous horns curved outward from its skull, giving the creature a demonic silhouette against the violet sky. The second Overlord stepped through the Rift gate behind it, even larger and heavier than the first. Using Titan Strength, he launched himself upward toward the creature's arm. His body moved faster than ever before as he sprinted along the Overlord's armored limb toward its shoulder. The creature reacted immediately, shaking its arm violently to throw him off. Kai leaped into the air and struck the creature's neck with a powerful punch. The impact cracked one of the glowing Rift veins beneath the armor plates.
The Overlord roared.
Its voice shook the battlefield.
The second Overlord moved.
Its enormous tail swept across the battlefield with incredible speed. Kai twisted in midair and barely avoided the strike as the tail smashed across the plains behind him, tearing a deep trench across the ground.
Kai landed lightly and stepped back.
Both Overlords stood in front of him now.
Their glowing eyes burned with violent energy.
The pressure on the battlefield increased again.
Kai exhaled slowly. The difference between him and the monsters was still enormous. Even with his evolution, facing two Rift Overlords alone pushed his abilities to the limit.
The first Overlord charged.
The ground cracked beneath its massive footsteps as the creature rushed toward Kai. Its claw descended again with devastating force. Kai dashed forward instead of retreating.
