Chapter 4 - Strange Changes

Morning sunlight spread across Beacon Hills.

To most people, it was just another normal day.

Students woke up.

Parents went to work.

Traffic moved through the quiet streets.

But beneath that normal life…

Something supernatural had begun.

Last night, a new werewolf had been created.

And a Hellhound had taken his first step toward power.

Inside his house, Aiden Blackwell stood in front of a mirror.

For a moment, his reflection looked completely normal.

Then—

His eyes flashed with faint orange fire.

The power of the Hellhound moved quietly inside his body.

Every cell felt stronger than before.

Every sense sharper.

He could hear the distant sound of cars several streets away.

Even the faint heartbeat of animals outside.

Aiden stretched his arms slightly.

His body felt light… but incredibly powerful.

"System."

A blue screen appeared instantly.

[Supernatural System Interface]

Aiden nodded slowly.

The werewolf bloodline fragment he absorbed last night had already increased his stats.

It wasn't a huge increase…

But it proved something important.

His power would keep growing.

And eventually—

No creature in Beacon Hills would be stronger than him.

Then suddenly—

DING!

A new message appeared.

[System Feature Unlocked]

New Function: System Shop

Aiden raised an eyebrow.

"Open."

The screen changed instantly.

Rows of items appeared.

[System Shop]

Aiden smiled slightly.

"So I can buy supernatural abilities."

That meant eventually he could possess powers from almost every supernatural species in the world.

But for now—

Saving points was smarter.

Better abilities would appear later.

A short time later, Aiden arrived at Beacon Hills High School.

Students filled the hallways.

Lockers slammed.

Friends talked loudly.

Teachers walked between classrooms.

Aiden moved calmly through the crowd.

Then suddenly—

CRASH!

A loud sound echoed from the boys' bathroom.

Students nearby gasped.

Aiden turned his head.

Inside the bathroom—

A sink had shattered.

Water sprayed everywhere.

Standing in front of it was Scott McCall.

He stared at his hands in shock.

"What the hell…?"

He hadn't even punched the sink that hard.

But his new werewolf strength had already appeared.

Nearby students whispered nervously.

Scott quickly left the bathroom, confused and slightly scared.

Aiden watched him quietly from the hallway.

The transformation is beginning.

Scott's senses would become stronger.

His emotions harder to control.

And soon—

He would meet the one who understood this power.

Across the hallway—

A tall man leaned casually against the lockers.

Watching Scott carefully.

It was Derek Hale.

His sharp eyes followed Scott's movements.

Derek had already suspected the truth.

A new Beta had been created.

And he needed to find him before the Alpha did.

Then Derek's gaze shifted.

Toward Aiden.

For a moment—

Their eyes met.

Derek frowned slightly.

Something about that boy felt strange.

Not human.

Not wolf.

Something else entirely.

Aiden simply smiled faintly.

Looks like he noticed me.

But Derek didn't approach.

Not yet.

Later that morning—

Students gathered in the gym for lacrosse practice.

Lacrosse was practically the most important sport at the school.

Players were already warming up on the field.

Including Scott.

But something felt wrong.

His hearing was too sensitive.

Every sound felt amplified.

His heartbeat was faster than normal.

His instincts felt wild.

"Focus!" the coach shouted.

Scott tried to calm down.

Then practice began.

Players started running across the field.

Scott ran too—

But suddenly—

He moved much faster than expected.

Faster than any normal student.

He caught the ball effortlessly.

Dodged two defenders.

And scored.

The entire field went silent.

Coach blinked.

"…What just happened?"

Scott looked confused himself.

"I… I don't know."

Across the field—

Aiden watched with mild amusement.

The werewolf instincts are kicking in.

Scott had just taken his first step toward becoming stronger.

But another pair of eyes was watching closely.

Derek Hale.

His suspicion was now confirmed.

Scott McCall had been bitten.

But Derek wasn't the only one observing.

Near the bleachers—

A red-haired girl watched the field carefully.

It was Lydia Martin.

For some reason…

Her instincts felt uneasy.

Her eyes slowly turned toward Aiden.

Every time he was nearby…

She felt something strange.

Like standing close to fire.

Or death.

Aiden noticed her gaze and smirked slightly.

Banshee instincts are sharp.

Interesting.

After practice ended, students began leaving the field.

Aiden started walking toward the exit.

Then—

DING!

The system activated again.

[New Mission]

Objective: Establish influence in Beacon Hills.

Tasks:

• Join the lacrosse team

• Strengthen relationship with Allison Argent

• Investigate Derek Hale

Reward:

• 500 System Points

• Random Supernatural Skill

Aiden smiled slowly.

"So the system wants me to start changing the story."

He looked back toward the field.

Scott was still confused about his new strength.

Derek was watching everything from a distance.

And somewhere in the woods—

The Alpha who started everything was still hunting.

Peter Hale.

Aiden's eyes briefly ignited with hellfire.

Beacon Hills was about to become a battlefield.

Werewolves.

Hunters.

Banshees.

And now—

A Hellhound.

Aiden looked toward the forest surrounding the town.

"The real game is starting."

And this time…

The story of Teen Wolf would be very different.
