High above the dark streets, a flash of lightning moved quickly between the buildings.
It was Thunder Boy.
Ethan had seen the power outage from his window and rushed out immediately.
"This looks bad," he said as he jumped from rooftop to rooftop.
When he arrived at the power station, he saw the destruction.
Robots were smashing machines, sparks were flying, and Dr. Voltaris stood calmly watching everything.
Thunder Boy landed on the ground with a crack of lightning.
"Stop right there!" he shouted.
The robots paused.
Dr. Voltaris slowly turned around.
"So… the lightning hero finally shows himself," he said with a grin.
Thunder Boy stepped forward.
"You're the one causing this chaos."
Voltaris laughed.
"Chaos? No, my young hero. This is progress."
