[The chapter starts with a young boy in his teens roughly seventeen years old he could be seen dressed in brown baggy pants with a large thick belt going around his waist on it hangs a blade of odd designs on the scabbard .
He wears a jet black singlet and a light short coat -on his shoulders a long purple furry covering with a hood stretching from his shoulders to his ankles one could say his oddly dressed but in such a place fashion sense was of no use to reasoning.
The build of the boy would make one think what was he so sturdy for , with not so slender muscular biceps and a broad chest and his blue colored hair was what made him stood out.]
He is seen having a quarrel with a shop keeper over provisions being so overpriced the owner on his part said goods was hard to come by so every package food , clothing etc imported or made in the town was very expensive so one had to make a profit by jacking the prices up.
The young man wouldn't hear it he said in a mild tone can't you make an exception just for me i will bring the balance when I got it okay so please sell to me , the owner got angry and said if I make an exception for you I make an exception for everybody else so I can't , a man has got to make a living to pay the bills
The said price for the provision the young man wanted to buy was 80 numic and he only had 15 so it was a no go but he still insisted when the problem escalated into a fight and drew a crowd with it came knights of the cathedral the young man borrowed the provisions and bolted leaving the 15 numic on the stall,
The knights seeing this , "quickly chased after him" the owner said in a loud voice what's your name so I can look for you and have you pay back for stealing my property then the young boy spoke first of all I didn't steal I borrowed it by the way and the names "Rukes , Rukes Slanger" he said as he quickly ran with the knights chasing after him the boy ran pretty fast for someone his age even out running the trained knights of the cathedral.
Eventually rukes lost them as he quickly slipped through the tight corned spaces of the town buildings he climbed and jumped over the houses successfully escaping the knights as he came to a stop in the shade of a plaza the was corned by a bunch of shady men their leader tall bulcky with scars over his body one could guess he was an experienced thug .
The man said in a deep tone drop the bag and your fancy belongings kid or we handle your ass up and give you an escort to the nears station or healing ward depending on how you act , ruke not fazed simply threw a creepy smile and a loud laugh and said I ain't some nice guy who would do what some one says over sheer numbers with weapons and less of intelligence but shit for brains.
The leader said that's a loud mouth you got there kid and here I was hoping to not go to the shopping district to get new clothes after we get stained with you but it seems we gonna do this the hard way then he waved his palm and five guys ran forward with swords in their hands .
Rukes simply smiled and placed his palm on the hilt of his blade and said well I tried he drew his blade in the blink of an eye one of the thugs limbs was severed and another lost a leg then the other a head one by one they dropped dead as he swiftly blitz passed them all five of them were dead .
He looked at their leader and said still wanna do this more bodies are gonna pile up you know the leader spooked and said those were just small fries he waved another hand and five more guys shot forward with their leader at the center with a big axe ,ruke said I don't got time for this and suddenly with inhumane movement in a flash the cut through five guys like butter and dashed to the leader surprised he swung his axe Rukes simply doged with ease before his blade could cut the man the leader said wait your a "Br...…" and slash he was dead.
Rukes did it all with one hand he sheathed his blade and said great now I just gone and caused a ruckus the knights should be here any sec…. And whoosh a spear shot forward with incredible speed and precision rukes barely doged it with a large man standing from where the spear was thrown he said am captain of one of the cathedral knight hugmen pleasure to meet you….
