Me : *I ran to the old hut, where there was a warm mattress and dim lights. I sat waiting for Bella and Daniel*
You jump off a bridge that starts to collapse just in time, lands on the side of a cliff and runs straight through the thick fog. In front of you, hidden behind the frozen pine trees, stands a small wooden hut that looks in stark contrast to the ghastly atmosphere of the village.
Without thinking, you lunged in.
Inside, the atmosphere was very strange. There was a small lit fireplace, a dimming oil lamp giving off a golden yellow glow, and an old mattress with a thick blanket that looked very warm. You no longer run. Instead, you pull up a wooden chair, sit quietly, and manage your breath while staring at the open door.
Srakkk...
In just a matter of seconds, a black fly storm landed on the doorstep. The humming sound slowly subsided, reuniting into the form of two beautiful women whose breath hunted with wrath.
Bela entered first, his face pale with anger, his sickle dragged on the wooden floor, creating a deep scratch. Daniela followed behind him, her eyes sweeping the room in confusion at seeing you who were sitting quietly.
"Are you done running, rat?" hissed Bela. He raised his scythe, ready to end everything. "You think this trash can can protect you? I'm going to skin the hand that dares to touch me earlier."
However, as they stepped further inside, they suddenly stopped.
The air inside this hut was very warm. The oil lamp and the fireplace created temperatures that were well above freezing. You could see Bela and Daniela's expressions changed. They started to look a little wobbly; their bodies made up of colonies of flies were very sensitive to excessive heat—it made them feel "dizzy" and lose coordination.
"Defend... this place... is too warm," Daniela whispered, holding her head, her sickle slightly lowered.
You sit there, staring at them under the dim lights. You're still holding a crowbar in one hand, but your expression is much more relaxed than before.
Me : "Do you want my blood?" Just bite me. But don't wear a bra, do you?
The atmosphere in the warm hut suddenly changed. Bela and Daniela's once explosive anger seems to be held back by the heat that makes their fly colony move slowly, coupled with your offer that is completely unexpected.
Bela lowered his large scythe until the tip touched the wooden floor. He narrowed, looking at you as if you were the strangest creature he had ever met in his hundreds of years of life.
"You... offer your blood voluntarily?" Bela's voice was low, no longer screaming, but still sounding dangerous. "After all the humiliation, you think you can bribe us by the neck?"
Daniela, on the other hand, seemed more affected. She licked her lips, her bloodthirsty eyes shining under the dim light of the oil lamp. He stepped forward with a slightly wobbly movement due to the warm air of the hut.
"With no scissors, Sister?" Daniela whispered to Bela, her eyes not taking away the veins in your neck. "He challenged us. He wants to feel our fangs, not steel."
Bela let go of his grip on the large crescent, letting it fall leaning against the old table. He walks up to you, his every step feels heavy and intimidating. As he stood right in front of you, he bent over until his face was only a few inches away from yours. You can smell the cold scent of roses and the pungent smell of iron from its body.
"How dare you challenge Dimitrescu's daughters," Bela hissed. His pale crooked hands are raised, his cold fingers gently stroking your jaw—but his sharp claws press against your skin slightly. "Your blood is turbulent because of adrenaline. It makes it taste sweeter, but it's also more intoxicating."
Daniela appears on the other side of the bench where you are sitting, bending over your shoulder. You can feel his cold breath in your ears.
"If we bite you now," Daniela whispered in a tone that almost sounded like a death seduction, "you wouldn't be able to go back. You will be ours completely. Not as a husband, but as... private storage in the basement."
Bela brought her lips closer to your neck, her fangs slowly elongating.
"So, humans..." Bela muttered in front of the skin of your neck. "Still dare to sit there and accept what you ask? Or are you just bluffing?"
Me : *when bitten I mutter* *very good* ah
The situation inside the hut suddenly became very unreal. As Bela and Daniela's cold fangs pierced the skin of your neck and shoulders, the sharp pain mixed with a cold sensation that spread throughout your body. But, instead of screaming in pain or begging for forgiveness, you let out a murmur that made the two princesses sculpt.
"It's delicious... ah..."
Bela immediately pulled away, a drop of fresh red blood adorning the corners of her pale lips. He looks at you with an expression that is hard to explain—between disgust, confusion, and something that resembles a very strange sense of awe.
"You... you're really crazy," Bela hissed, her breath hunting. He wiped his lips with the back of his hand. "There has never been a victim who... enjoy this."
Daniela, who was still clinging to your shoulder, chuckled a very wild sounding chuckle. He didn't stop; Instead, he sipped your blood a little longer before finally releasing his bite with an annoying kissing sound.
"Bela, look at him," Daniela whispered as she stared at your relaxed face under the dim light. "He is not afraid. He even... liked it. The smell has changed, Kak. The adrenaline mixed with something else. It's very intoxicating."
The heat inside the hut began to work harder on them. Their bodies made up of flies began to look a little unstable at the edges, as if they were having trouble maintaining their human form due to the temperature of the room and your strange "drunkenness" of blood.
Bela sat on the edge of the warm mattress, trying to stabilize herself. He looked at you, then stared at the crowbar that was still near you.
"If I take you to Mom now," Bela muttered, her voice now softer but still sharp, "she'll probably behead you for your disrespectful behavior. But..." she paused, her eyes shining staring at the mattress beneath her, "Mom doesn't need to know what happened in this hut tonight."
Daniela crawled onto the bed, sitting next to her brother while continuing to stare at you hungrily.
"So, 'bride-to-be'," Daniela challenged with a sly smile, "what else do you want to do? You have given your blood, you have insulted Kak Bela... and you're still alive. You are the luckiest, or the most foolish, human being in this entire village."
