Chapter 3 - 3

Chapter 3: A First Meeting That Hinata Could Never Forget

Naruto heard words like 'Byakugan monster' and 'Hurry up and use your Byakugan so we can see your disgusting look' from afar.

As expected, no matter which world it is, there will always be people who get bullied for being different.

As a partner of justice, he naturally had to teach these three bratty kids a lesson on Hinata's behalf.

After all, cuteness is truth.

Not to mention, Hinata might be his future wife.

As for why he said "might be."

It was naturally because he wasn't the original Uzumaki Naruto.

Hinata might not necessarily like him again.

Who can say for sure what will happen in the future?

Similarly, he wasn't into lolicon, nor was he the type to fall in love with everyone he saw.

This is the difference between anime and reality.

Naruto was a law-abiding citizen of China.

"Rejoice!"

Naruto pulled out a Zombie Card and slapped it onto his belt.

An astonishing change began to occur.

His face became stiff.

Countless white hairs suddenly appeared and covered his body.

He became a White Zombie that even the most crazed white-hair fetishist would have no interest in.

Naruto hopped forward bit by bit.

The three brats, whose mouths were spewing vulgarities, turned their heads at the sound and were immediately scared into wailing like ghosts.

"Mommy! A ghost!"

Before Naruto could even speak, the three brats scrambled and crawled away in the opposite direction.

He raised an eyebrow; the way to deal with bratty kids was to make them feel pain.

With a few hops, the zombie gave each of them a slap, the kind parents love to give.

The noise grew a bit louder.

The three brats wept bitterly.

He smiled slightly and said, "I am just a passing-through kamen rider."

Hinata, who had been hanging her head, looked up after hearing the series of sounds and saw the zombie's smile.

And so, she fainted magnificently.

At only six years old, she couldn't handle such visual stimulation.

[Congratulations to the host for achieving the 'A First Meeting That Hyuga Hinata Could Never Forget' achievement. You have gained one normal card draw.]

"..."

Naruto looked at Hinata lying on the ground.

In another sense, it truly was quite unforgettable.

[Drawing card... Congratulations to the host for obtaining an item card.]

The system prompts continued to appear.

[item card: Mysterious Seed.]

[Description: A one-time-use item. The plant species is unknown. Planting it might yield unexpected rewards.]

"Just missing a license plate number."

Naruto suddenly felt a bit surprised.

This was a silver card, proving the seed's preciousness.

All he could say was that she truly lived up to being the female lead.

Naruto looked at the seed in his hand; it was shriveled and withered yellow.

In his previous life, he came from the countryside and had encountered many crops, but the one before him was very unfamiliar.

It probably wasn't wheat, corn, or rice; it might be a fruit.

Regardless, a silver item card definitely wouldn't be bad.

Maybe it's a Flat Peach that can increase one's lifespan.

Carrying these beautiful fantasies, Naruto moved the seed into the system space within his body, took the Zombie Card off his belt, and reverted to his original appearance.

Actually, the card didn't require such trouble; it could be used directly with just a thought.

But men, after all, need a sense of ceremony and to strike a few poses.

So, how should he handle this little loli in front of him?

He certainly couldn't leave her here, lest some accident occur.

But taking her back to the village wouldn't work either.

If others saw him, wouldn't it confirm his identity as a fox spirit?

He didn't want to take the blame for the Nine-Tailed.

Naruto thought for a moment, picked up the light-as-a-feather Hinata, and moved to the riverside.

This was the cultivation spot he had selected.

A small river of unknown origin flowed quietly through the silent and vast Forest of Death, forming a riverbank at a certain section.

In his previous life, this would likely have been designated as a tourist attraction or a wealthy person's villa.

Naruto was in no hurry to cultivate.

He planned to do some farming first.

Based on the experience passed down by his parents in his previous life, he found a patch of fertile land.

"I planted a seed, and it finally bore fruit, today is a great day..."

Naruto hummed a song, like an old ox plowing a field, and turned over this ten-meter-long patch of land.

The reason it had to be so large was that he wasn't just planting the Mysterious Seed.

He intended to create a rice paddy.

As for its purpose, it was to practice Chakracontrol.

In the original work, it was nothing more than water walking and tree climbing.

But he felt that farming suited him better.

Transplanting rice seedlings requires a considerable amount of technical skill.

There are the so-called "Four Dos" and "Four Don'ts" of transplanting.

The "Four Dos" refer to shallow transplanting, sparse transplanting, straight transplanting, and even transplanting.

The "Four Don'ts" refer to not transplanting in footprints, not transplanting in clumps, not transplanting overnight seedlings, and not transplanting bent-neck seedlings.

If substituted with Chakra, this would require quite strong control abilities.

That's right, Naruto planned to use Chakra instead of Jinkela to fertilize and promote the growth of the rice.

Although no one in the Ninja World had ever done this before.

After all, Ninjas prioritize missions, which are far more important than farming.

Naruto wiped away his sweat.

For his young self, with his body not yet fully developed, plowing the field was not easy.

He gazed towards the riverside; should he set up a place to rest? Like making a Treehouse or something.

Anyway, the Forest of Death had nothing if not vast stretches of trees.

Moreover, Konoha had no laws against setting fire to mountains or the like.

He could build whatever he wanted.

Putting that thought aside for later, Naruto buried his Mysterious Seed in a hole and watered it.

"No! Help!"

Just then, the unconscious Hinata suddenly cried out.

She dreamed of that ugly White Zombie lunging at her.

"Are you okay?"

A gentle voice.

It made Hinata wake up.

What appeared before her was not a zombie, but a handsome boy of the same age.

His blond hair shimmered in the sunlight.

"My name is Uzumaki Naruto."

Naruto looked at her somewhat dazed little face; he could already see the beginnings of her future exquisite appearance.

Except for this 'flat board', it was impossible to imagine the massive development of the future.

"I used the Transformation Jutsu earlier to scare those three guys,"

Naruto explained with a smile, "I should apologize to you for that; I must have given you quite a shock."

"It's okay, it's okay."

Hinata shook her head hurriedly; she hadn't expected the zombie to be Naruto in disguise.

And he had mastered the Transformation Jutsu.

As the eldest daughter of the Hyuga Clan, she had been exposed to Chakra cultivation far earlier than civilian Ninja children.

But it was impossible for her to perform the Transformation Jutsu to the level Naruto did.

Only her older cousin, the super genius of the Hyuga Clan, Hyuga Neji, could do it.

She heard he enrolled this year and was already the top student of his class.

But her own talent was simply too poor, often making her father unhappy.

"Tha... thank you for saving me."

Coming back to her senses, Hinata felt a bit embarrassed; zoning out in front of someone was too rude.

"This is truly 'criminal'."

Hinata's slightly reddened face, combined with the cute gesture of clutching her clothes' hem.

For a lolicon, it could be called a finishing blow.

"When encountering injustice on the road, one..."

Naruto almost sang it out based on the memory etched into his DNA.

Hinata tilted her head.

"Ah, I mean it was no trouble at all."

Naruto realized she couldn't quite understand, so he added another sentence.

"He really is a different kind of person."

Hinata thought silently to herself.

"By the way, your name?"

Although Naruto recognized who she was, considering it was their first meeting, a proper introduction was necessary.

"My name is Hyuga Hinata."
