And there, it began (History)

Hello, I am Pan. I will be the one describing the worldly history to you, so lets get into it!

Long before mortals glimpsed the edges of existence, there was only the Rift. A formless void separating Earth from what would later be called the Otherworld. From the Rift arose Limbo, a space suspended between life and death, reality and dream, structured by forces beyond mortal comprehension.

Within the lands of Limbo, 3 key realms amidst the infinite layered structure arose.

The Horizon. the highest layer, closest to Otherworld, where Dracona, the ruler, resides. Legends say Dracona is a manifestation of the creation of Limbo itself, and is an overseer to its existence, earning him the title 'The sky's ruler, Overseer of all possible horizons.'

He is known as the only fog user to achieve 'duality.' The perfect balance between otherworld and earth, the strongest affinity.

The Plains – the mid-layer, home to the ambitious, wealthy, and powerful, those whose lives on this layer access the highest form of royalty. Old legend suggest that Dracona himself once smited someone from this land, creating the massive crater which leads to the lower level.

The Depths – the lowest layer, the slums of Limbo, where desperation festers. Time stretches differently here, making each moment heavy and slow; criminals, outcasts, and lost souls dwell here, often consumed by their own Fog.

A certain guideline to FOG.

Fog is the lifeblood of Limbo. It is spiritual pressure distilled into substance and will—comparable to the concept of reiatsu in some old texts, but far more mutable. Unlike physical matter, Fog uses the bending of reality to forage constructs, meaning any and all usage is equivalent to that of bending laws of space and time. However within this realm and the Otherworld..

Space and time do not exist.

As an old book states, 'The balance in Limbo is not generated by space nor time. It is a spiritual realm that uses the concepts within reality outside of the realm to forge constructs within.' In other words, it draws 'references' from earth to create. As an example, creating flames would draw what the real world assumes a 'flame' is and draw it into existence in limbo.
