Crystal Release
Crystal Release (晶遁, Shōton) a kekkei tota, is thought to be a combination of earth, wind and water. First Hokage, Hashirama Senju's Wood Release was thought to be the strongest Kekkei Genkai, however, this myth was crushed after the Third Great Shinobi War and prior to the Fourth Shinobi War, as the Fifth Hokage demonstrated an unparalleled application of Crystal Release. According to some witnesses, he subdued the Four-Tails during the Third Great Shinobi World War at the tender age of four using the fabled Crystal Release. He was hence ranked as the seventh most dangerous Shinobi of the war, which is an almost impossible feat for a child.
Orochimaru of the Sannin tried to replicate this ability with his scientific experiments, even though he was partially successful, it ended up as a pale imitation. The "Crystal Cemetery" in the Fire Country is the testimony of it. It earned him his moniker, "The Crystal Sage", which still terrifies the Shinobi world.

Prologue
As long as he could remember them from his infancy, they cherished him more than anything else in their life. They loved him, without a question they'd lay their lives for him. But… It all changed. Thirteen years ago, on that fateful night.
Thirteen years ago, a Nine-Tailed Fox suddenly appeared. Its tails lashed out smashing mountains and sending tidal waves crashing to the shores.
One Shinobi faced the Nine-Tailed Fox in mortal kombat. He sacrificed his life to capture the beast, and sealed it in a human body.
That very night, he was orphaned, his newborn brother had to carry the burden and endure all the hardships that came along. His brother, Menma Uzumaki, was forced to grow up in solitude, negligence, ignorance, hatred, sorrow and so on.
Now, he will be completely alone, no one to look after him anymore.
It's his fault.
Too much uncontrolled emotions.
Too much anger…
Time to pay now.
