Man, the things I have to do just to hopefully get that contract deal with "Mr. P" and now I got a yapping pup in my face, baring her fangs at me, can things get any worse?! Roxanne though wasn't planning on letting her guard down anytime soon and started attacking me. I somewhat managed to dodged her attacks for a while til I felt something hit me in the back of my head and I collapsed unconsciously to the floor. Sometime later, when I came to, I found myself strapped and bounded to a chair and a bandana bounded tight around my snout. So I couldn't call for help even if I wanted to.
" Ah, how nice of you to wake and join us" Roxy said in sarcasm. " Now, you're going to spill everything and no skipping the details" " I ain't gotta tell you shit, pup"! I replied in a challenging tone. " Are you sure, we'll have to see if the authorities would even agree with you once I share what we've found in your possession including letters received from an escaped criminal that you happened to be working for"! the wolf snarled in my face. I just sat there glaring at her. " Thought so" Roxy said. " Now, tell us what you know"! she growled flashing her fangs and claws towards me. " Fine, but I swear, I don't know what you mean by " escaped criminal" I stated.
" You expect me or any of us to believe that"?! Roxy snapped. " You not only work for a complete sicko but you had the nerve to try to wedge yourself between my bro and my best friend's relationship, you sleezy reptile"! " Please, I don't even like Monty in that way, I actually like someone else"! I shouted. " What"? the wolf asked. " I like someone else"? I repeated. " Then why did you try flirting with Monty, just a bit ago"? she pressed further. "Look, it's a long story" I said in turn. " Well, I got plenty of time for the important parts"! she insisted. So, I told her about my dreams to becoming a famous musician just like them, how I came into contact with " Mr. P" everything leading up to now. " Well, you certainly made a big mistake working for that nasty little parasite, especially if he's just using you to achieve his own vendetta" she said.
" What are you saying, pup"? I asked her in confusion. " In other words, you were very foolish in believing his lies and deceptive promises that hold no guarantees afterwards"! " He gave me his word"! I argued back. " I'd be giving you more than just words, I 'd show the proof, that's if I was your manager" she said. " Haa, you're right, it was dumb of me breaking my future image for an employer who hasn't shown me anything but empty promises" I sighed in defeat. "There's still a way for your dreams to become an reality, but I would have to trust you first, and if I want to trust you to trust me helping you, then I need to trust you to help me save my friends and our family, Nelly is part of my family and friends too" she stated.
" Fine, I'll help you, but as long as you keep your word, wolf" I replied. " Unlike the person you chose to work for, I have no reason to make empty promises to help my friends" she growled. with that, she and I along with Chica all high tailed it after the others as soon as she was off the Faz watch with Monty. " Hey, I got the information we need, where are ya guys at"? Roxy asked. "The twins managed t'a pick up Nelly's scent near the tunnels"! Monty replied. " Kay, be right over"! she says and hits end call.
" Care to explain about what's going on in the tunnel"?! the wolf asked with a raised brow. " I don't know, all I was told was to seduce Monty, the rest " Mr. P" never explained, I tried to ask him why he was so obsessed with someone who clearly doesn't share the same feelings with him, but he just dismissed it and say, " none of my business" I said honestly. " Because " Mr. P" isn't who he told you he was other than a fraud, psychotic, nutcase who doesn't want " No" for an answer" Roxy stated. " He was only an employee here and only so he could harass someone into a relationship that they don't want"! Chica added. " To think he never was a music manager and even lied to me"?! I said as tears burst from my eyes.
" We're sorry he lied to you, using your loyalty as a means to carry out his dirty work, but if you help us, we'll help you as well, but first, we need to find Nelly and take down " Mr. P" once and for all"! Roxanne whole heartedly said as she placed a hand on my shoulder. " You're willing to help me even after what happened"?! I asked trying to sypher weather or not there was truth to her words. " I, along with my friends have no reason to wanna lie to you, unlike the person and slimeball you chose to work for" she said with a sharp look on her face. So, we made our way towards the tunnels.
Nelly pov
I don't know what all happened, but from the moment I came to, I found myself not only in a place I wasn't familiar with, but also bound to a chair in a wedding dress. "What the hell"?! I said to myself. " Ah, finally you're awake, my lovely bride"! says a voice from somewhere within the darkness. "Who are you, show yourself"?! I demanded. " Of course, darling" the voice replied and then, a man wearing half a mask over his face and the other half except for his eyes were covered in black cloth. " I do believe you already know my identity" he said. " Do I, because you look like a cheap phantom of the opera knockoff with bad fashion taste"! I retorted.
" Just as impatient as the day I first met you" he says and removes his mask. " Phil"? I gasped. " Ding, ding, ding, you've guessed right"! Phil stated sarcastically. " Look, man, I already made it very clear to you that you and I are never gonna happen, Now let me go"! I screamed with anger. " And I made it clear that if I can't have you then neither will your precious gator boy"! he said with seething hatred towards Monty. " Why are you doing this, Phil, there are other girls, so why".... " Because I want you"! he screamed. " But, you're forcing someone to have a relationship build on nothing but a lie, you were an asshole, still is and face it, I am already in love with someone else and we're happy with each other, why can't you grow up, grow balls and accept it"?! I retorted.
"Because I'm trying to prove to you that I've changed" he said. " kidnapping and forcing me into a wedding dress, that's not change"! I shouted in turn. " Nelly"! I heard a voice calling my name. " Looks we have unwanted guests" Phil says with a sinister look in his eyes. " Nelly, darlin, answer me, where are you"? " Monty, guys, I'm over here"! I called out to my beloved and our friends. soon, Monty and the others had arrived. " Well, well, well, I had hoped that you'd come, this has truly made my night" Phil says as he removed me from the chair, forcing me into his embrace. " Let me go"! I begged.
" Ya'h fucked with me N' mine fer tha last time "n stink face" Now let her go"! Monty growled, baring his teeth at Phil as he charged towards him, knocking him on his ass. the two of them wrestled it out and then Monty stated, " Eddie, you, Charlie and the mice get Nelly out to safety"! " I won't leave without you, beau"! I stated firmly. " Besides, I need to make this very clear, once and for all" " Alright, doll, but hurry though, he's bout t'a get such a thrashin, that he's gonna need plastic surgery by tha time i get done with him"! Monty replied.
" Phil, I have no interest in pursuing anything with you, I'm happily in love with Monty and it's time for you to move on, get a life and leave me and my love ones alone, we never want to see you again" I said with a firm tone in my voice as I turned to face my fiancé and kissed him right in front o Phil's face. " Get it now"? I stated. All Phil could do was blankly stare at me and slowly nodded his head. " Good, now there's one more thing before I leave here" I said as I took my hand and slapped the shit out of his face which caused an echoing sound to travel to the tunnels that everyone even Monty turned their faces away. " That was for kidnapping me and trying to force me into a relationship with you" I said then turned to Monty and said, " He's all yours, love" kissed my gator beau once more.
" Ya'h know, tha dress doesn't look half bad on ya'h" he says with a playful smirk on his face. " Yeah well, I had something a little better in mind"! I says playfully in turn. " Can't wait"! my fiancé calls to me. " Now go with Charlie N' tha others while we get this all wrapped up b'fore tha authorities get here" " Alright, love, don't keep me waiting" I said with a wink and left with Charlie, Vinnie, Modo and Throttle. Soon, the authorities arrived and loaded Phil into the back of the police car once again and drove off. The other officers circled in on us and started asking questions regarding what just took place. So, after that, the police told us it'll be probably best to close the plex at least for a week to allow everything to calm down which of course, worked out in our favor since it allowed all extra time to prepare for the upcoming wedding that was in only in a few weeks and there was a lot to organize for our "cirque Du glam rock wedding" along with rehearsals to prepare for. Preparing for the day I was to become "Mrs. Montgomery Gator"
Time passed and everyone had forgiven Montana, Roxy , made good on her word in helping Montana with her music and became her manager, along with Chica as her assistant. Montana herself started coming out of her tough, bad girl shell a bit and was able make friends with everyone here at the plex. especially my brother, who turned out to be the guy Montana was referring as her crush. at first, I was stunned but then, after sometime, they decided to give it a try and surprisedly, things have been going well otherwise I would've turned her into a new gator purse should she hurt my brother in any way. Phil, well, after that whole kidnapping crap, he got extra time but had to serve them in California, so, we have definitely not going to be seeing him for a very long time. with all that said and done, we near the end of our wedding preparations.
