Synopsis
The world isn’t broken. It just feels… slightly off. Kael begins noticing things he can’t explain: moments that feel repeated, people who look at him like they already know him, and memories that don’t seem like his own. At first, he ignores it. Until one day, he sees someone he shouldn’t recognize. Not a stranger… not exactly. Something about them feels familiar—like a memory he hasn’t lived yet. From that moment on, reality doesn’t change all at once. It shifts slowly. Quietly. Like it’s correcting something. Or someone. And the deeper Kael looks into it, the clearer one thing becomes: this might not be the first time any of this has happened.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

It was all black. Nothing existed. The only thing I could see was a VOID.

Then came a voice—powerful, yet drenched in agony.

"Save me, Kael… You have to do it. You have to kill me to save me. I'll be waiting for

you, Si—"

A scream ripped through the silence as he shot upright in his bed, drenched in

sweat, heart pounding like he had just died.

This was not a world you'd see in fiction or superhero movies.

No powers.

No monsters.

No masked vigilantes saving cities.

No secret organizations plotting in the shadows.

No ancient bloodlines awakening special abilities.

Just a normal world: buildings, jobs, traffic, and ordinary people dragging themselves

through the week.

A place where mundane lives unfolded in repetitive, predictable loops.

And in that simple world lived a boy who was simply tired.

Tired of hoping.

Tired of imagining.

Tired of pretending someone like him—weak, invisible, unwanted—could ever

matter.

Kael Myou, nineteen, lived quietly as a waiter in a small fast-food restaurant. He had

no friends except his co-worker Lyra Valestra, a kind girl who, for some reason,

spoke only to him.

Kael lived in the Myoureneth Empire—the largest, strongest nation on Earth. A

kingdom that had crushed countless others under its iron heel. Other nations

opposed them on paper, but none dared to wage war or challenge their authority.

"Good morning, sir. What would you like today?" Kael asked, trying to conceal

something behind his practiced smile.

"One coffee. And a croissant," the man replied sharply, eyes fixed on something far

away.

Kael nodded politely. "Anything else I can get you?"

The man's expression twisted. He leaned back and snapped, "No! Now screw off."

Lyra walked over, her tone calm but steel-edged.

"Do you have any problem, sir?"

The man blinked, suddenly flustered.

"Uhmm… N-No. W-What's your name, girl?" he stammered.

"It's Lyra, sir. Lyra Valestra," she answered sweetly—though her eyes gave away her

disgust at his behavior toward Kael.

His eyes widened. A greasy smile crept across his face.

"Are you free tonight, Lyra?"

"Sir, just a minute."

Kael stepped forward, grabbed Lyra's arm, and pulled her aside.

"Wh-What are you doing?" she whispered, confused.

"Shhh… just say yes. Please," Kael urged, desperation flickering in his gaze like a

starving man eyeing unreachable food.

Lyra sighed. "Fine. But you owe me."

"Deal," Kael breathed out in relief.

Lyra returned to the customer, still confused at Kael's urgency.

Why would a boy who never said "please" in his entire life suddenly beg?

I'll never understand him… she thought.

I EXIST OUTSIDE COMPREHENSION-YOURS, HIS…EVEN THE ONE WHO WRITES.
