Chapter 60 - War declaration

War Declaration

The night air was still thick with tension when Alessandro finally turned away from the docks. His steps were calm, measured—but there was something darker beneath the surface.

Something brewing.

As he reached his car, a figure emerged from the shadows.

Lucian.

His sharp eyes narrowed the moment they landed on Alessandro. "What happened?"

For a second, Alessandro said nothing.

Then—

A grim smile curved his lips.

"They want a war…"

He opened the car door slowly, his gaze distant, cold.

"Let's give it to them."

A dangerous silence followed.

Then Lucian nodded, his expression hardening, a chilling glint flashing in his eyes.

"Good," he muttered. "Time to take out the trash ."

Minutes later…

The warehouse roared to life.

Boots echoed against concrete floors as men gathered, weapons clinking, voices rising in anticipation. The air buzzed with raw energy—violence waiting to be unleashed.

Then—

Alessandro stepped forward.

And everything went silent.

His presence alone commanded it.

His voice thundered through the space, sharp and powerful.

"It's war, boys!"

A ripple went through the crowd.

"The Moranos… and Alex think they can take us down."

For a heartbeat, there was silence—

Then the room exploded.

Cheers. Growls. Fists slamming against tables.

War.

They wanted it.

Alessandro turned slightly as Lucian stepped forward, placing a thick stack of files into his hands.

"Targets, boss."

Alessandro flipped through them briefly, his sharp eyes scanning every detail with precision. Then he looked up, gaze sweeping across his men like a king addressing his army.

Decisive. Ruthless.

"Vinnie," he called.

A man stepped forward instantly.

"Take a team. Hit Morano's supply lines."

A nod.

"Joey—cover our shipments. No leaks."

Another nod.

"Mike… surveillance. I want eyes everywhere."

"Yes, boss."

Orders given.

No hesitation.

No fear.

The men moved immediately, adrenaline surging through their veins as the reality settled in—

War had begun.

And once Alessandro starts a war… he never loses.
