Chapter 1 - The true of darkness

True darkness is often described not merely as the absence of light, but as the absence of empathy, connection, and spiritual awareness. It represents ignorance, fear, and the hidden aspects of existence that, while uncomfortable, serve as necessary, transformative forces for growth and deeper understanding of self.

True darkness isn't just the absence of light; it's the absence of empathy. 🌑💔 According to our sages, the greatest darkness occurs when we stop "seeing" those around us—when we become so focused on our own lives that we ignore the needs of our fellows.

Sure, your child might be afraid of turning the lights off at night. But in many cases, there's more going on. For example, many kids become fearful after watching (or overhearing) something frightening on TV. Other children experience nighttime anxiety because of daytime stressors, or past trauma.

When I falling down in the rough place .we are thinking people are laughing that human are main cyclelogical that people are not see but I thinking people are seeing this is the main darkness.
