Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 — Loguetown

Chapter 1 — Loguetown

Inside a dilapidated house somewhere in Loguetown, Uchiha Madara slowly opened his eyes.

"Impure World Reincarnation? No… this is a living body. Rinne Rebirth?"

"Huh? What are you even talking about, you weird armored old man?"

A little girl with her hair tied into a bun spoke impatiently from inside the room.

"Brat. Where is this place?"

Ignoring her complaint entirely, Madara asked expressionlessly.

"Hey, hey! Don't you think it's rude to ask someone questions like that? I'm your lifesaver, you know!" the little girl shouted angrily.

Madara, who had been lying on the bed, suddenly vanished and appeared in front of her. He grabbed her by the throat and lifted her into the air.

"There is no reason for a beast to be restrained by an ant. Gratitude is no exception."

The girl struggled desperately, clawing at his arm. Her face turned red from suffocation, gradually shifting toward purple—only then did Madara release her.

She collapsed to her knees, gasping for air.

"Speak. Which ninja village are you from?" Madara asked coldly, without a trace of emotion.

"Ninja village? What nonsense are you talking about, idiot? Attacking the Marines is a serious crime!"

The girl suddenly exploded into motion. Grabbing a sword from the table, she rushed forward with explosive speed and slashed at Madara.

"You rude old man—repent properly!"

Madara's eyes lit up slightly.

Interesting. A taijutsu technique with no hand seals, no chakra burst—yet its speed rivaled the Body Flicker Technique.

Just as the blade was about to strike him, he casually raised two fingers and caught it.

The girl's eyes widened in disbelief.

It looked like a simple motion, as effortless as plucking a leaf—but no matter how hard she struggled, she couldn't pull the sword free.

"Brat, what was that technique you just used?"

The girl ignored him completely, straining with all her strength to retrieve her weapon, her face flushed red with effort.

"Stubborn child," Madara thought, and casually released the blade.

Caught off guard by the sudden release, the girl lost her balance and slammed into the wall. Mid-air, she twisted her body, kicked off the surface, and lunged at Madara again.

Madara seemed to lose interest in playing around.

A terrifying surge of chakra erupted from him.

The overwhelming pressure flooded the room like a tidal wave.

The girl froze for a moment, then collapsed onto the ground, unable to stand. Cracks spread across the walls under the crushing force.

"Ha… Haoshoku Haki…?!"

She stared at Madara in terror, struggling to rise—but under that overwhelming presence, she simply couldn't.

Madara was about to speak—

But suddenly, the wall beside him exploded.

A fist, carrying terrifying wind pressure, smashed toward him.

A deep blue skeletal frame instantly manifested around Madara, blocking the blow—but the force still sent him flying, embedding him into the wall.

"Vice Admiral Garp!" the girl called out brightly from the ground.

Though unharmed, being punched into a wall clearly irritated Madara.

"Insignificant ants!!!"

His crimson eyes flashed as he raised his hands to form seals.

"Wait!"

Another shout came from beyond the broken wall.

A tall, muscular man with an afro rushed in, stopping the confrontation between Madara and Garp.

"Calm down, Garp. Let's figure out what's going on first."

He then fixed his gaze on Madara.

"With that kind of presence… why are you at the execution site? Are you one of Roger's remnants?"

Madara did not lower his hands. He stared coldly ahead.

"Uchiha Madara."

He ignored the man's question, focusing solely on Garp.

"Such powerful taijutsu… Come. Dance for me, junior."

Garp's pupils shrank.

Madara's eyes spun—the tomoe transforming into a strange pattern. A blue skeletal armor emerged, and he threw a punch.

Garp met it head-on.

The collision unleashed a massive shockwave that blew the roof clean off.

At the same time, Marines in white uniforms flooded in, surrounding them layer upon layer.

Madara paid no attention to the encircling Marines.

He formed hand seals.

"Fire Style: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique!"

Four massive dragon-headed fireballs roared toward Garp.

At the same time—

"Temple of Nirvana Technique!"

White feathers drifted down from the sky.

One by one, the Marines collapsed like wheat being cut down.

"How can we allow someone like you to act so recklessly in the face of justice?!"

Suddenly—

A massive golden Buddha appeared behind Madara, unleashing a devastating shockwave toward him.

Madara's skeletal armor transformed into a towering giant, blocking the attack. He looked at the golden Buddha with interest.

"A Buddha? That reminds me of a certain opponent… interesting."

He formed another seal with one hand.

"Wood Style: Deep Forest Emergence!"

Countless trees burst from the ground, binding the golden Buddha.

Garp reappeared, his fist crackling with red lightning as he struck toward Madara.

The immense force pushed the Susanoo backward, cracks spreading across its ribs.

Madara paused for a moment, looking at the damage—then burst into laughter.

"HAHAHAHA! Such power! In terms of strength and speed alone, you've surpassed those so-called Kage!"

Threads of muscle began forming over the skeletal giant, weaving into a massive, two-headed, four-armed armored form.

"It seems using only the first form was my mistake. Garp, was it? Dance for me—if you can break this second form, you may have the chance to witness my true power!"

Weapons formed in the giant's hands.

One blade slashed toward the golden Buddha, while the other three descended upon Garp.

"Fist Bone Meteor!"

Coating his fist in Armament Haki, Garp clashed violently with the Susanoo.

The golden Buddha tanked the blade with its shoulder and struck back with a glowing shockwave.

"You bastard! What do you think justice is?!"

The attack landed squarely. The overwhelming force blasted the Susanoo away.

Madara dragged his blade across the ground to stabilize himself, then looked up at the two standing side by side.

"Justice? Boring! What this world needs is power. It needs people like you—who can truly dance before me!!!"

"Fire Style: Majestic Destroyer Flame!"

A sea of fire erupted, engulfing everything—including the unconscious Marines.

"Damn it!!! Buddha Shockwave!"

The golden Buddha hastily blocked the flames.

Garp, meanwhile, assumed a strange stance.

"Fist Bone — Charged True Strike!"

Ignoring the flames, he launched himself forward.

Madara misjudged the force.

All four blades shattered, and the Susanoo's head was blown open.

The pressure of the punch surged straight toward Madara's face.

He had no choice but to cancel the fire technique and block.

He was sent flying.

The Susanoo dissipated.

Madara slid backward for hundreds of meters before stopping, immediately forming seals again.

"Sage Art: Storm Release: Light—"

"STOP!!!"

Madara frowned as someone interrupted him.

It was the little girl.

She stood between him and Garp, trembling but resolute, gripping her sword.

"Enough! This trouble started because of me—I'll end it myself! You ungrateful old man! I won't allow you to disgrace the Marines any further!"

Garp and Sengoku looked at her with complicated expressions.

"Gion."
