I helped Philip and Marcy to calm down for reliving painful memories wasn't on their to do list….
While walking in the long corridor we witnessed many strange paintings on the walls…
"Why is he there?" Philip questioned me as he saw a painting of Joon-ho with a big BEWARE sign on the paper….
I chuckled loudly…. Joon-ho must have already caused multi-dimensional damage… I shake my head in disappointment…
"That psychopath must have hurt someone—" Marcy groans annoyed at the thought of Joon-ho because deep down she hated him more than her uncle even though she didn't know why…
Suddenly bright light hits our eyes…. we all flinch for a second…
"Oh welcome—" a weird looking creature with a snail head and blue skin and octopus tentacles springing from under her skirt says in a female pitch…
"Ahhh—" Philip screams in horror "what are you?" He points at her "how do you speak?" He hides behind me…
"Your dimension must have newly merged…" the snail woman laughs in a strange sound which resembles the interaction of two slime like components….
"I am Martha…" she adds as her eye lids cover her black orb like eyes making it seem that she smiled with closed eyes…
"I am Jina… this little guy is Philip—" I begin to introduce myself and the group yet Philip stops me mid sentence…
"I am not little… I am big… I am 10 years old…." Philip pouts offended at my statement….
I laugh….
He truly is a kid….
I remember saying these things…
"And this is Marcy…" I point at my friend and she shows a small shy wave to the snail lady…
"You already paid with decent memories…" Martha takes out a hologram tablet its blue lights casting beautiful rays at our faces…
Philip goes closer to Martha reluctantly but curiously so as to see the holographic technology up close…
Martha crouches as she notices Philip's antic and shows him the basic features of the tablet…
"Woah—" little Philip exclaims in excitement because Martha scanned him with the holographic tablet and it gave a detailed explanation about him…
Wait she just scanned him without his consent….
That's not allowed in the multi dimensional law…
She did find a loop hole…
Philip is just a kid and he is new to all this…
I should explain all the no's of this new era…
I grabbed Philip and pulled him away from Martha… I glared at that sly snail lady…. With the info she got… she now knows Philip's strength and weaknesses…. She could sell this info in the black market….
"Why did you scan him?" I ask with furious narrow eyes…
"He asked for me to show him something cool—" Martha tries to justify herself yet my anger made her composure crumble slightly…
"You know it's illegal to scan people out of battle especially in the safe zone…" I whisper in a dangerous tone promising her punishment far worse than the law's…
"How do you know..?" she looks completely puzzled since the scan told her that my dimension was merged ten hours ago…
"Ladies Ladies…." An elf appears behind me and places his hand on my shoulder…
"Just delete the information… Martha…" he smiles dangerously at the snail lady…
"Why don't I offer you a meal as a apology about her behaviour?" He suggests…
I finally look up at him… he had long blond hair reaching his back…. And wood coloured brown eyes… he wore an elegant green suit indicating he was of important status within his land…
But his aura was intriguing….
It was mysterious and dangerous…
"It's fine… we don't need an apology…" I shrug trying to shake him off…
Yet Philip and Marcy stare at me with sparkling eyes…
"Oh you don't need to be alarmed my lady…" the elf smiles with a cracked porcelain mask trying to look friendly…
"Fine…." I nod as I look at Philip and Marcy…
The two of them squeal excitedly…
"I am Duke Kota by the way…" the elf introduces himself…

My sky blue eyes widen at his casual statement…
Duke Kota is one of the most feared elves in the entire merged realms….
He starts his rampage two years after the earth merge….

"I am Jina…" I whisper quietly then we reach the fancy restaurant area…
Right now Kota isn't dangerous…
"You should first change into better clothes…" Kota smiles casually as he points at our ripped and bloody clothing he offers us clothes…
I go to a changing room nearby and change into a green dress with daisy patterns… I glare at Kota as I come out…
"How will I fight with this..?" I murmur under my breath in annoyance…
"You are in the safe zone…" he chuckles in amusement…
Then Marcy comes out in a beautiful pastel pink dress full of ribbons…. She blushes at how childish she looks…
While Philip was the only one with normal clothes… a blue jumper and jeans…
I sigh…
"Oh let's all eat together… I will pay…" Kota leads us to a table for four and sits down next to Philip while facing me and Marcy…
"Is this safe?" Marcy whispers to my ear anxiously…
"Don't worry…. We are in THE MIDDLE…." I answer her… she smiles back at me…
"So… your dimension newly merged right?" Kota asks as he ruffles Philip's hair…
"Yes…" I say simply…
"No need to be cold.." he laughs casually…
"Anyways how do you know all of these things about the merge..?" Kota leans back in his chair looking up at the ceiling…
"Because it's illogical to know all this…. Your home merged eleven hours ago…" he smirks widely as I flinch slightly…
