Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: You will directly manage Starluxe Entertainment as its CEO

His fists clenched tight, his eyes burning with rage.

"Fine, I will ruin the Hart family overnight. Let them see what happens when they look down on my grandson!"

William was a man of action. But just as he was about to call Denis to give the order, Alexander hurriedly stopped him.

"Grandfather, I know you care for me, but this isn't necessary."

"After all, Isabella's late grandfather was a very good man. While he was alive, he treated me well. The Hart family did not dare to look down on me."

"It's only after he died that no one protected me anymore."

Alexander sighed.

"But I don't want to make the Hart family go bankrupt. After all, the Hart family did raise me for many years."

William looked at Alexander's gentle manner and sighed.

"You're still too kind. The heir of the Knight family cannot be so kind."

This time, William yielded to Alexander and spared the Hart family, but he added firmly,

"Very well. From today, I will personally guide, instruct, and train you to be the finest heir of the Knight family."

"Tomorrow, I will immediately hold a banquet, announcing your identity to the entire upper class."

"From next week, you will directly manage Starluxe Entertainment as its CEO."

When William spoke those words, Alexander was stunned, his eyes widening.

"Grandfather, no, you can't."

"I've always been just a dockworker…" Alexander said timidly, but William would not allow him to refuse.

"A dockworker, so what? You carry the noble blood of the Knight family, what do you fear?"

"Besides, don't worry, I will always stand by your side. I will make you, in the shortest time possible, the most outstanding heir. Understand?"

William emphasized, and Alexander could only nod obediently.

Thus, his life, like that,

turned a new page.

The next day, just as William had intended,

The media was flooded with news about Alexander, recognized as William Knight's long-lost grandson and the next heir to Starluxe Entertainment.

From online news sites to entertainment channels, even economic and financial outlets, the headlines blazed across every platform, dazzling and provocative:

"Alexander Knight – The long-lost heir of the Knight family officially revealed."

"Identity of tycoon William Knight's grandson exposed – Alexander Knight."

"High society in shock: Starluxe Entertainment prepares to welcome its successor CEO!"

The news spread like wildfire. In no time at all, the entire upper class knew of Alexander Knight. Many arrived at the Knight estate bearing lavish gifts, showering William with congratulations for finding his grandson and Alexander for reuniting with his family.

The treasures brought forth were unlike anything Alexander had ever seen in his life: oil paintings by Van Gogh auctioned at sky-high prices, rare vintage wines he had never even heard of, and limited-edition Patek Philippe watches.

Most astonishing of all, someone even presented him with a Rolls-Royce.

His eyes flickered with surprise, but William glanced at him, smiling and giving a small nod, signaling Alexander to accept them without hesitation.

Taking after William's composed, regal bearing, Alexander simply gave a gentle smile, expressed his gratitude with calm courtesy, and accepted everything.

That elegant composure, that air of quiet nobility,

It filled William with immense pride and satisfaction.

That evening,

came, of course, the most spectacular part,

the grand banquet held to announce Alexander Knight's identity,

his official debut before the entire upper class.

Nightfall arrived,

and of course, it marked the most anticipated part of the day:

the grand dinner party where Alexander Knight would make his debut before the upper class.

The event was held in the grand hall of the Knight mansion, where everything was exquisitely decorated, radiating an air of opulence. The brilliant glow of the crystal chandeliers made the entire space shimmer, and every guest appeared in luxurious, meticulously crafted attire to display their elegance and wealth.

Naturally, the scene was also filled with professional reporters filming and taking photos, eager to capture the most remarkable moments of tonight's celebration.

Alexander and William stood on the upper floor, leisurely observing the crowd below. William gently swirled his glass of wine, his gaze soft as it fell upon Alexander.

"Later, you just need to appear calm and composed, there's nothing to worry about,"

"I will always be your support."

After a full day of being taught proper etiquette, Alexander now felt much more confident. He lowered his eyes slightly, turning his head toward William. A faint smile curved his lips.

"All right, Grandfather. You can rest assured with me."

"Would you like to go down and greet everyone for a bit?"

As the time approached, William calmly glanced at the watch on his wrist, his voice steady.

Alexander lowered his eyes slightly, the corner of his lips lifting in a faint smile.

"Yes, Grandfather."

His composed, unhurried demeanor made William quite satisfied. He nodded, saying, "Very good," then led Alexander down the staircase.

The lively banquet hall suddenly fell silent.

Every gaze shifted toward William and the person walking beside him, Alexander.

Dressed in an exquisitely tailored suit, Alexander walked beside William with slow, measured steps, carrying the refined air of a young master raised in wealth from childhood.

Every gesture, every glance exuded elegance.

Whispers quickly filled the hall,

obviously,

all sorts of speculations about Alexander's identity.

But he paid them no mind.

The banquet had yet to begin, so he calmly followed William to greet major partners and CEOs from globally renowned companies. Naturally, each of them held a glass of wine they had just picked up from the tray of a passing waiter, their movements graceful.

Unlike his earlier composed and distant expression, William's smile softened when facing business partners.

He gave a gentle laugh, glancing at Alexander, and introduced him with ease.

"This is Alexander, my grandson, who was lost for many years. From now on, he will succeed me in taking over Starluxe Entertainment."

"I hope everyone can offer him your support."

William did not say much, but everyone understood his meaning. Their attitudes instantly grew warmer, and they politely clinked glasses with Alexander and William. The atmosphere became rather harmonious.

"So this is your long-lost grandson? He looks so calm and courteous, truly carries the noble bearing of the Knight family."

"Congratulations, Mr. Knight, for finding your grandson. This must be a great comfort in your old years."

"Worthy of being Mr. William Knight's successor, his aura is anything but ordinary."

"…"
