Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: Incident…

The classroom had fallen silent after all the other students had left.

Lyan and Sera were in a comfortable silence.

He was cleaning desks one by one while thinking about the game.

'It's completely different from what I expected…'

There were no annoying tutorials. There weren't even pop-up windows every five seconds.

Everything flowed as if it were real life.

And that, strangely, Lyan liked…

'Maybe that's why it was so expensive…'

He thought as he wiped another desk, still immersed in his thoughts.

Until he heard a soft humming on the other side of the classroom.

When he turned his head, it was Sera, who was in front of the blackboard standing on top of a wooden box she had placed as an improvised step to reach the highest part.

She was humming an unfamiliar melody while gently cleaning the board.

Lyan stared at her for a few seconds until his gaze slowly began to lower to her butt.

Sera was standing on tiptoe over the box, stretching to reach higher. Which made her uniform cling completely to her figure in that position.

Each of her curves was perfectly outlined beneath the fabric.

Her butt was large and perfectly round… and it looked like it would bounce if someone slapped it.

At these thoughts, Lyan swallowed.

'Part of the budget definitely went into the physics…'

"Hey."

Sera's voice quickly pulled him out of his thoughts.

"Can you grab me from behind? I don't want to fall."

At the request, Lyan looked at her, confused. "Excuse me?"

He wasn't sure if he had heard correctly.

Sera, for her part, turned slightly to look at him over her shoulder.

"I mean if you can come closer and hold me," she repeated without any issue. "This thing isn't very stable."

She said as she lightly moved the box with her foot to prove her point.

Lyan stayed silent for a moment, clearly hesitant.

'Is it okay to do that…?'

But he quickly shook his head.

'It's just a game.'

He told himself. It was a game, no one would judge him, and besides, there was no one else in the classroom. And she was just a simple NPC.

What could possibly happen?

Lyan left the cloth on the nearest desk and began walking toward her.

As he stood behind Sera, he quickly noticed that she was taller than him due to the box under her feet.

Which wouldn't be a problem in other situations, but in this one… her butt was right at a height close to his face.

'Shit.'

He raised his arms, but before grabbing her anywhere, he hesitated.

Where was he supposed to hold her?

Sera, hearing him approach but not feeling any contact, turned slightly.

Only to see Lyan staring right there, not looking away even a little.

At this, a small smile appeared on her lips.

One that Lyan couldn't see.

Without saying a single word, Sera lowered one hand and took Lyan's hands. Her fingers were soft and warm.

And then, naturally, she placed them on her waist.

"Hold me tight," she whispered.

Lyan nodded, even though she couldn't see him.

He was clearly nervous. It was the first time he touched a woman like that, even if it wasn't with other intentions. He was nervous.

He could feel the texture of the fabric under his fingers. The shape of her body and the warmth coming from her.

Without realizing it, Lyan began to move his fingers slightly.

Trying to get a better grip.

"Pfft."

Sera let out a small laugh at the touch.

"Don't do that," she said softly. "It tickles."

Lyan tensed immediately, realizing what he was doing.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean—"

He tried to apologize, but it was already too late.

Sera lost her balance, and as a result, her body tilted backward.

At this, Lyan panicked. "I got you!"

He shouted as he tried to hold her, but the weight caught him off guard and both of them ended up falling.

The impact against the floor was stronger than he expected.

"Ugh…"

Lyan had his eyes closed as he felt the pain run through his back.

"That hurt…" he muttered.

When he finally opened his eyes, his mind went blank.

Sera was on top of him, her face just inches from his.

Her red eyes stared directly at him while a faint blush rested on her cheeks.

"I-I…" Lyan stammered, not knowing what to say.

At that distance, he could even smell her.

She had a soft, sweet scent that invaded his senses.

He could even feel her breath brushing against his neck. And that perfect face was so close he could count each of her eyelashes.

When he looked at her closely, he noticed how Sera lightly bit her lower lip.

"W-What's wrong?" Lyan asked, his voice slightly shaky.

At that, she averted her gaze.

"It's just… well…"

Her voice sounded different. This time lower and clearly embarrassed.

"Y-You're grabbing me there…"

Lyan frowned, confused. "Where…?"

Slowly, he lowered his gaze, only for his eyes to widen completely.

Because both of his hands were firmly grabbing Sera's butt.

And not only that…

In that position, he was practically spreading it.

The fabric of the uniform didn't reveal anything directly, but the shape was unmistakable.

"Eh?!"

Lyan's face immediately turned completely red.

"I-I'm sorry! I'm really sorry!"

He pulled away from her immediately, moving back without hurting her, but with obvious clumsiness.

He remained sitting a few meters away.

Looking at his hands… he could still feel the texture on them. The softness and… the warmth.

'What the hell did I just do…?'

Then he raised his gaze to glance at Sera, who was still on the floor, sitting with her head lowered.

He couldn't see what expression she had now.

But her gaze seemed… darkened.

'Shit… I messed up.'

Panic quickly took over him.

"I-I… it really wasn't my intention…" Lyan began to say, stammering. "The balance… and then we fell… and my hands just… I-I didn't want to…"

As he spoke, he didn't notice that Sera had stood up and was walking toward him.

When he finally saw her in front of him, his body tensed completely.

'Here it comes…'

He closed his eyes tightly out of instinct, bracing for the slap.

It was the least he deserved.

But it never came… instead, he felt something soft and warm against his cheek.

When he opened his eyes, he saw Sera leaning toward him, her hand gently caressing his face.

On her face was a warm smile.

"It's nothing," she said in a gentle tone. "Accidents happen."

Lyan was left speechless at this. He wanted to say something, to apologize again and thank her for not hitting him, but before he could open his mouth, Sera had already turned around and walked toward the classroom door.

She left the classroom without looking back.

Leaving him alone.

Lyan remained there, sitting on the floor, processing what had just happened.

Then, slowly, he brought a hand to his cheek, where she had touched him.

He could still feel that warm sensation… real.
