It's 7:am in the morning and Zendaya is fast asleep when her phone rings, she doesn't wake up at first aster it rings again she slowly gets up and pick up the phone
"Who is this". Asks Zendaya Across the line A deep, rich voice with a firm. " Hey Baby girl sorry if I woke you up I'm going to have a busy day and I wanted to talk to you before it started can we meet up later" She hesitated before speaking she knew who it was as she had only given her number of recent to Mr Kingsley. " Uhhh I don't know maybe we can". He smiles before saying " Alright then send me your address and I'll come pick you up by 2". She slightly responded and text him her address after ending the call with saying just a few things.
Zendaya just graduated from the university of Leesburg and she doesn't have a job yet but helps her mother at her restaurant, named after her, she doesn't go today because she planned to spend the day with her Dad at the hospital and we'll Mr Kingsley. Se goes ahead to do her chores and she make breakfast, time went by so fast and it was already 2pm she stares as the clock as if eagerly waiting for him. 2:30 she gets a call. " Hey Baby girl I'm outside your house" she responds with okay and heads out while putting on white fitted crop and baggy jean she looked pretty in her cornrows.
She locks the house and approaches the car it's a black Ferrari and she wonders how people could have so much money. He conpliments her and she akes him a question. " Where are we going". "Anyplace of your choice he said". Then Zendaya immediately remembers a conversation she had with her Best friend. She could remember when they talked about the first rich guy they'll meet. When he askes for a place for a date they'll mention some where expensive because opportunity only comes but once. " Kira's Empire".
That moment MRS Kingsley realizes Zendaya is a woman of worth who knows what she is doing. Kira's Empire is most expensive boutique in the whole of Texas every woman wants to shop there. Smiling he said " Okay can we go now". She agrees and is totally wowed by the interiors but doesn't show it. " Your car is really pretty" She compliments. " Thank you, so tell me about you" .
She hesitates before speaking " there's actually not much to be said I'm from California but have lived in Texas all my life, I'm an only child and I work at my mummy's restaurant" she concluded. " What do you do for fun". she smiles to herself knowing that what she does for fun is gossipping with Catherina, but says otherwise. " I like watching movies and playing games.
They talk on the way to Kira's Empire and Kingsley likes listening to her talk as of already falling in love with her. After a while they arrive at Kira's Empire The boutique stood like a quiet statement of wealth, tucked between polished zendaya only wondered what it'll be like to walk into this place anytime you feel like and shop her thought were interrupted by Mr Kingsley. " Feel free to pick anything you want".
" Thank you" she says. She then goes around she gets several designer dresses and shoe with matching designer bags she get jewelery worth millions when she realizes this is mere gold digger act she turns to him and says. " I'm done" . "Are you sure? you can still go ahead and take more items money isn't a problem with a wipe if Mr Kingsley card everything is paid for and the staff helps take the items to the car. On their way home the car is filled with silence when Zendaya speaks up.
" Thank you for today". he replied casually" errr no problem I like to spend on pretty girls". Ohh we are many Zendaya thinks to herself with a hint of jealousy. " listen Zendaya I like you a lot I know we've not gotten the chance to properly know each other but when I want something I immediately go for it". " So you want me" Zendaya asks immediately. " Yes I do". Silence follows after that.
Zendaya immediately remembers she has to visit her dad I'm the hospital that's the core reason she stayed home to begin with.So she speaks up " Uh please can you drop me off at prudence hospital I got to visit my Dad. He responds "Of course I can even wait for you when you're done visiting I'll take you home, She smiles and says" Thank you that'll be nice.
Few minutes later they get to Prudence hospital and Zendaya spends few minutes there before going back to join Mr Kingsley on getting to the car she didn't realize how sad her face looked she really disliked the fact that her Dad was suffering. She opens the car and take a seat and Mr Kingsley notices how long he face was. "Hey are you okay". He asks with honest concern. " No I'm not my Dad is suffering and I can't do anything to help him".
Zendaya does not normally open up to people she isn't close with but she does because she knows Mr Kingsley has the ability to help her. " What's wrong with him" He asks, he has a tumor in her brain and need to be operated on". She says. " Then why hasn't it been done. She scoffs before talking. " We don't have that type of money we've sold off every expensive item we've got we still don't have the money. He adjust his sit. " Like I said earlier I like you so much and I'd like to marry you if you accept I'll sort your Dad's medical bills and any financial help you need. Zendaya is stocked.
