Before Tianheng Pass!
The Millelith soldiers, along with the yaksha Xiao, after seeing Ganyu being eaten by the god.
Were all extremely furious and deeply saddened.
In Liyue, aside from Lord Morax, every adeptus had given a lot for Liyue and was incredibly important to the nation.
Some adepti helped Liyue build fortifications!
Some adepti taught humans how to cook food over a fire and make delicious spicy meat buns!
Some adepti helped Liyue resist the gods!
If following the normal course of growth.
Little qilin Ganyu would have transformed into human form after a few hundred years, becoming a powerful adeptus and helping Lord Morax build an even better Liyue.
But now!
A young qilin had just been swallowed into the belly of a god just like that.
About to die!
The Millelith soldiers were utterly furious.
Raising their spears high, they launched another attack at the god.
But the god was simply too strong!
Opening its bloody maw, it lunged to devour the Millelith soldiers, about to swallow them in the blink of an eye.
The Millelith soldiers feared no sacrifice.
But before rescuing Ganyu, they wanted to keep fighting and did not want to be devoured by the god.
Just as everyone was about to be swallowed.
The next moment!
A sudden change occurred!
The god, dozens of meters tall, suddenly lost its strength under the shocked gazes of everyone.
Its body went limp and it crashed to the ground with a heavy thud!
Seeing this scene!
Whether it was the Millelith soldiers, the fighting yakshas, or the invading divine familiars, everyone was stunned.
What happened?
Why did the god fall?
Could it be that the adepti had returned and slain the god in a single strike?
Was the god really dead?
No one understood what was going on, not knowing if the fallen god was dead or alive.
The Millelith soldiers looked around, scanning the entire surroundings, but found no trace of any adeptus.
Just at this moment!
Someone suddenly shouted, "Forget about it, hurry and save little Ganyu!"
Hearing these words!
The other Millelith soldiers around also began to shout loudly:
"First confirm if the god is dead. If it isn't, kill it!"
"Little qilin Ganyu is in the god's belly!"
"Ganyu shouldn't have been digested yet!"
"Cut open the god's belly and save little Ganyu!"
...
Amidst the shouts.
Both the Millelith soldiers and Yaksha Xiao immediately charged forward.
Fighting off the surrounding divine familiars while rushing towards the god.
Beside the god!
Everyone just took one look at the god and noticed its pupils were unfocused, its elemental power dissipated, and its life force completely extinguished.
It was thoroughly and undeniably dead!
But... who exactly killed the god?
Everyone looked at the god's massive body.
While checking the cause of the god's death, they looked for a way to cut open its belly and rescue Ganyu.
Xiao didn't even think twice!
He directly used the Primordial Jade Winged-Spear to thrust at the god's abdomen: "Let me cut open its body!"
A Millelith soldier beside him was startled: "Don't be reckless. If you hurt Ganyu who was swallowed by the god, it's all over!"
But there was no other way!
Aside from Xiao, no one could cut through the god's body.
The next moment!
When the Primordial Jade Winged-Spear in Xiao's hand thrust into the god's abdomen, it was instantly repelled by the scales on its belly.
Even in death, the god's defense remained invincible.
Seeing this scene, everyone was greatly shocked.
Its defense was actually this strong?
How was a god that even Xiao couldn't scratch instantly killed?
Just as everyone was puzzled.
Suddenly, a Millelith soldier noticed something puzzling: "Come look quickly, there are wounds on the god's neck!"
Xiao: "Wounds on the neck?"
Millelith General: "Take a quick look!"
Everyone went to the god's neck and indeed found the cause of death. It was because of the wounds on the neck.
But obviously!
Such wounds could absolutely not have been caused by an external attack.
They were inflicted from inside the god's body.
Just as everyone was puzzled!
Suddenly!
From the other side of the mountain, an angry shout suddenly echoed, "Skybracer is here! The god courts death!"
Immediately after!
Skybracer's figure appeared at the peak of the mountain.
When he saw the god, he didn't hesitate at all and immediately leaped towards the walls of Tianheng Pass.
In the blink of an eye, he had already appeared beside the god!
Just taking one look at the god, Skybracer could tell it was already dead, which greatly surprised him.
He could tell that this god was very strong!
Just its Geo defense alone was something the Millelith soldiers and yakshas couldn't break.
Skybracer smiled and said, "Not bad. I didn't expect you all to be able to slay a god. Well done!"
Seeing Skybracer appear.
Xiao hurriedly said, "Brother Skybracer, you're finally back. Hurry and cut open the god's belly!"
Skybracer: "???"
The Millelith soldiers also said one after another, "Lord Skybracer, hurry and save little qilin Ganyu. She was swallowed into the belly of this god!"
Skybracer: "..."
Although he didn't know exactly what had happened!
But when he learned that Ganyu was swallowed into the god's belly, he had already imagined the scene.
Little qilin Ganyu must not have listened to his warning!
And used that dangerous move on the god!
Actively delivering herself into the god's mouth!
Sigh! A heavy sigh!
Skybracer didn't dare waste any time. Fearing for Ganyu's safety inside the god's belly, he was about to use his antlers to pierce the god's chest!
But before Skybracer could make a move!
The giant mouth of the god's corpse suddenly twitched, startling everyone.
"The god moved!"
"The god isn't dead, retreat immediately!"
"Don't panic. Lord Skybracer is here. No need to be afraid. Nobody panic, the god is really dead!"
"What's going on? Why is the dead god still moving?"
"There seems to be something in the god's mouth!"
"Whose voice is that? A voice seems to be coming from the god's mouth. Hurry and open the god's mouth!"
"Pry open the god's mouth!"
...
Seeing the god move, everyone was extremely panicked.
But the god was truly dead!
There was no aura, no signs of life.
Skybracer stopped his attack on the god's abdomen and turned to look at the god's giant mouth, which was indeed twitching slightly.
Not only that!
There was also a faint, strange sound coming from inside the mouth.
Skybracer immediately took action!
Using just one hand, he forcefully pried open the mouth of the god's corpse.
But... when they saw the scene inside the god's mouth, all the surrounding Millelith soldiers and yakshas dropped their jaws in shock.
It was actually Ganyu!
Using her tiny body, she was desperately ramming against the god's mouth.
Not only was she ramming, but she was also muttering complaints to herself:
"Eh, what's wrong with this cave? Why is it so hard?"
"Qilin Charge!"
"Ganyu must get out. Ganyu wants to defeat the god and protect Liyue!"
