"That is the first time I've heard him use profanity."
Hakari stared toward the sound.
"He sounds terrified."

"Very."
Both Gojo's looked at each other.
"He really doesn't want to fight this guy."
One of the Sukuna's grinned.
"This is entertaining."
Kenjaku simply stared toward the horizon.
"…He is running quite fast."
Then—
The mysterious young man disappeared.

Sand exploded where he had been standing.
Everyone stared.
Hakari's eyes widened.
"He just vanished."
Maki looked toward the direction Takeru had gone.
"He's going after him."
One of the Gojo's focused his Six Eyes.
"…He's moving ridiculously fast."
"How fast?"
The Gojo paused.
"Fast enough that I can't comfortably track him."
That got everyone's attention.
Meanwhile—
Takeru was still running.
"NOPE!"
He looked behind himself.
Nothing.
"Okay…"
He kept running.
"I think I lost him."
WHOOSH!
Something passed over his head.
Takeru's eyes widened.
"…No."
He looked upward.
The young man was already ahead of him.
Floating several feet above the ground.
Takeru skidded to a stop.
"…You have got to be kidding me."
The young man smiled.
"Found you."
Takeru immediately turned around.
"NOPE!"
And started running in the opposite direction.
The young man disappeared again.
BOOM!
He accelerated.
Takeru glanced back.
"WHY ARE YOU SO FAST?!"
The young man laughed.
"Because I'm here to beat your ass!"
Takeru screamed.
"THAT DOESN'T MAKE IT BETTER!"
Back at the beach, everyone could hear the distant shouting.
Yuji covered his mouth.
"He's actually terrified."
Takaba started laughing.
"This is incredible."
Nanami sighed.
"I suspect we're about to witness something very destructive."
Kenjaku looked toward the horizon.
"Probably."
Maki grinned.
"I want to see how long Takeru can run."
Hakari nodded.
"I'm betting ten minutes."
One of the Sukuna's smiled.
"Five."
Then a distant voice echoed across the beach.
"I CAN HEAR YOU GUYS BETTING ON ME!"
Everyone went silent.
Hakari laughed.
"Six minutes."
