One reason was Frost Day's personality.
Rather than acting as his representative and expressing her own opinions, Frost Day preferred to stay by Star Night's side.
She acted in concert with him.
The second reason was closely related to the Exclusive Traits of Frost Day's Order Beast, the Hoarfrost Evening Glory.
The Hoarfrost Evening Glory's offensive power was immense, but once its flowers detached from their vines to use Broken Flower, Fallen Butterfly, Shattered Ice, it needed a period of accumulation before they could regrow.
During this time, the Hoarfrost Evening Glory still possessed combat strength.
However, its combat ability would drop by a significant degree.
Half of the Hoarfrost Evening Glory's vines protected the main residence behind it, while two other vines guarded the area where the Sun Splendor Thorn was located.
