The Dwarves, axes in hand, chased after them, shouting and clamoring. Rangers and Assassins hidden in the crowd also launched their attacks on Arthur and Calvin.
The violent jolting and the sudden attack made Count Brand, who was hiding inside Arthur's chestplate, dizzy. He cursed out loud in a rage:
"Gah! Damn these local gangs! So discourteous!"
"When have I ever offended them?"
Calvin sent a charging Dwarf Warrior flying with a punch and said grimly, "This must be a trap set by those Knights corrupted by the Demon."
"After all, this isn't the border of the Kingdom. Knights from the Garrison Legion can't just show up and attack openly. But if they hire these local gangs and Mercenaries, they don't have to worry about that."
Arthur was taken aback. "So they know Belli took the Crown of Ignis?"
