To truly dominate the entire entertainment industry, you have to establish your own long-form video platform.
Why just be a content provider for iQiyi, Youku, and Tencent Video? Building your own platform is far more appealing.
Qi Sheng had shelved this plan before only because of a lack of funds.
The initial 2 billion was just an appetizer.
Just Zhang Wei alone, even as a Master Level talent, couldn't possibly pull it off.
But talent was the one thing Qi Sheng had in abundance.
He had a full 300 Elite Level Talent Recruitment Cards alone.
With a wave of his hand, Qi Sheng immediately recruited 150 elite programmers.
They would be the first batch of core talent for Xingchen Video.
When Zhang Wei met this elite squad, he was so happy he grinned from ear to ear.
He had been nervous about completing the platform's development and testing within three months.
But with so many elite programmers, he was now confident enough to give Qi Sheng his personal guarantee.
