"Mu'er, do you think Lin Han will be mad that we just ran off like this?" Ye Qing asked.
"Why should I care if he's mad?" Su Mu'er huffed. "It's his own fault for not letting us stay in the city, the bastard."
"But he was just doing it for our own good. He's worried someone might use us to threaten him," Ye Qing said pensively.
"That won't happen. Everyone knows we're not on good terms with him, so why would anyone use us as leverage? He's just being paranoid," Su Mu'er said nonchalantly.
"So, if we can't go find him and we're not going back to Jiang City, what are we even doing here?" Ye Qing was confused.
It was as if Su Mu'er had just woken from a dream. "Yeah, what *are* we doing here?"
'Didn't we come to the city just to see Lin Han?'
