Just locking down C Company headquarters would be a dead giveaway. Any fool would know something was up. That would definitely draw Ji Lan's attention... Although Chu Bamboo had come to an understanding with the Pope, that was more of an insurance policy. It was best to avoid a confrontation if possible.
