"I'm not feeling well. I'm going to the restroom. You can finish my makeup when I get back."
Olivia ignored the makeup artist's disapproving look, stood up, and walked out.
The makeup artist immediately stood up and hurried after Olivia. "We've already started on your foundation. If you leave now, it'll be uneven and might smudge later."
"Then let it smudge."
Olivia said in a low voice and left.
After leaving the dressing room, Olivia didn't go to the restroom. Instead, she went to the emergency exit, found a quiet corner, and called Sylvia Quinn.
"Olivia?"
Sylvia Quinn's voice was as cool and distant as ever.
"It's me. Ms. Quinn, are you busy right now?"
Sylvia Quinn glanced at the assistant across from her and waved for her to leave. Once the assistant was gone, Sylvia Quinn said softly, "Not busy. What's on your mind?"
