"Handsome, aren't I?"
The man deliberately lowered his voice, his soft, slow words drifting into Olivia Wynne's ears. Almost unconsciously, Olivia blurted out, "Very."
Zachary Fairchild chuckled softly.
Olivia Wynne snapped back to reality.
She looked at Zachary Fairchild, embarrassed. "Um, I was just thinking about something."
"Weren't you looking at me, Olivia?"
Olivia Wynne turned her head, avoiding Zachary Fairchild's gaze. "I wasn't."
"Didn't you just say I was handsome?"
Zachary Fairchild murmured as he stood and walked toward Olivia Wynne.
Watching the man close in, Olivia Wynne scooted to the right side of the sofa, muttering, "It was a slip of the tongue."
A soft chuckle escaped Zachary Fairchild. "So, Olivia, you admit you were watching me just now?"
With nothing left to deny, Olivia Wynne couldn't think of a retort and shot him an annoyed glare. "So what if I was looking at you?"
He strode over on long legs and sat down beside Olivia.
