"Hmm, is the dinner party over?"
Zachary Fairchild had called Olivia Wynne before leaving work to ask when she would be home. She had told him she was having dinner with the cast and crew tonight.
"Not yet. They're all still at it."
Inside the private room, some were drinking while others were fooling around. It was a wrap party held in her honor, so it wouldn't look good for her to leave early.
On the other end of the line, Zachary Fairchild sat on the sofa with his legs crossed. His deep eyes gazed blankly ahead as he spoke in a low voice.
"Okay. Where are you? I'll head over to pick you up."
Ever since the kidnapping, Zachary Fairchild made a point of picking Olivia Wynne up whenever she wasn't home by nightfall.
"At The Astral Hotel."
"Okay. It can get a little rough there. Stay in the private room and don't wander off. I'll be there soon," Zachary instructed in a low, serious voice. After hanging up with Olivia, he grabbed his car keys and headed out.
