In a luxurious hotel, a middle-aged man, still in his bathrobe, held a cigarette as he glanced casually at his assistant.
"Go on, what is it?"
The male assistant averted his gaze, not daring to look at the vice president.
"Um… your… situation has been exposed online."
The vice president, still in his bathrobe, sat on the sofa. He took a deep drag from his cigarette and exhaled, his eyes narrowing in enjoyment.
"Spit it out. What was exposed online?"
This time, the male assistant was even more afraid to look at the vice president, terrified that in his desperation, the VP might go after anyone—even him.
'I have a family, a wife and kids!'
"It's… what happened yesterday with you and Miss Quinn and the others."
At these words, the vice president's blissful expression vanished. He looked sternly at his assistant. "Explain exactly what happened."
"Someone filmed what happened and posted a short video on Weibo," the assistant explained in a low voice, his body trembling slightly.
